I was fully insured with UHC so this made NO sense to the extent that UHC made direct contact with them only to find someone in billing consistently miscoded services I received, and never investigated for errors after nonpayment from UHC. Prior to that I made numerous calls to the billing department that kept me on hold up to an hour then disconnected. I don't go there anymore and am sorry to see IDI is scooping up local dermatology offices throughout my area. Kinda wish they'd stayed in Illinois. I guess we'll see how that goes.
