We were headed to Canada and needed our PCR test to get into Canada. When a location says results in 1-2 day, that's what you expect, not that the tests won't even be picked up in 2 or more days! I've had an extremely frustrating experience with this Walgreens pharmacy. Over the past six…read moremonths, there has been only one time when my prescription was actually in stock when it was supposed to be. Every other month, I've had to constantly call to check on the status, ask where my medication is, and try to get a straight answer on when it will be available. On multiple occasions, I've been told it wasn't ready, only to call again later and suddenly be told that it is ready. I shouldn't have to chase down my prescription or repeatedly call just to get basic information. On top of that, the staff is often rude and dismissive, which makes an already stressful situation even worse. I also find it concerning that when my doctor recently attempted to prescribe multiple months at once, I was told by a Walgreens associate that they "can't do that" due to some kind of agreement with Zepbound and that they can only dispense one month at a time. That was never explained clearly and felt more like an excuse than a legitimate patient-focused policy. Overall, Walgreens does not make it easy to get prescriptions, communicate clearly, or feel supported as a customer. This has been the worst pharmacy experience I've had, and I will be looking elsewhere due to the lack of reliability and customer service.

Then I found my pistachios and checked out at the front register to another smiling cashier. After reading such awful reviews on this Walgreen's I felt I had to come on here to rub out the negativity. The staff here work hard for their paychecks and to keep the customers happy. Just prepare and call your prescriptions in the day before so you do not have to wait to pick up your prescriptions. Or drop off your prescription in the morning and pick it up with the notification on their website in the evening or the next day. No stress needed!

Wife quite grocery shopping there due to their lack of good service and products. Ordered an automobile battery for shipping in one day. They did not deliver the battery and never provided a date for shipment. Cancelled order. Two years ago ordered a battery for delivery; got it and went to return core (old Walmart battery). Customer service would not accept the battery. Customer service is terrible. Deliveries and pickup of orders have no structure and do not adhere to any standards. The inside of the store is no different very clean and orderly. The staff inside provide great customer service and seem to remember me each time I return. Mikey in the photo section takes great care of my photo needs and offers outstanding customer service. I frequently process photos and posters that I use in the course of my business at this location and am always very satisfied with the product. When using the photo service app for my personal photo processing I am always amazed at how easy it is to upload photos and have them printed, sometimes within an hour. The one bit of criticism I would like to offer is the somewhat invasive nature of the rewards program. Signing up for the program required me to provide much more personal information then I normally provide when participating in other retail rewards programs. Most discounts need to be obtained using a rewards program card which allows tracking of the consumers patterns and purchases in exchange for sometimes deep discounts. I get it but feel that they have too much of my personal information tied into my retail purchases.

I don't mind paying a little more for the convenience. They are really helpful. Photo- they really make sure that you get what you want. They have reprinted things for me that I felt didn't look right the first time with no charge. I'm an artist so it is sometimes funny when I have my photos or art printed because they need me to sign a form saying its my own content. I get it though only because so many people want to sue for everything! (Even if it's not the company's fault at all) Pharmacy- everyone has been helpful and nice even when they are crazy busy. No problem looking up to make sure when I take something over the counter it will not react to other meds. I've been pleased with their service. I do have a prescription for pain meds but unlike one reviewer I have never had a problem with the people treating me differently or like a junkie. Everyone here has been really great!
