Old cvs You can tell it's been here since the pilgrims reached Plymouth Rock They had everything i needed The older guy was so helpful and friendly How do you rate a CVS lol You gotta be bored like me. Thinking my opinion of a drug store matters. Oh well. Whatever read more

My husband went to this location because its close to the base. CVS doesn't accept Tricare but is conveniently on every corner in America how American? Well after learning that he still wanted to get the shot over with but the pharmacy worker was rude. Told him that they could not give him the shot. Refused to give him the shot even though he offered to pay for it and had an appointment. I called the location spoke to the pharmacist she was nice but the damage was already done. I called corporate about this location. Ill never ever go to this store again. If you are located on the base there is a Walgreens maybe 20 mins from the base that accepts tricare. We were in and out in 10mins they accepted our appointment as well. read more

Store seemed clean enough, but the pharmacy staff was rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I went in for a flu shot and, because I had not made an appointment online, was shooed away. I stepped outside, made the appointment on my phone per their requirement, received a confirmation, and walked back in. The pharmacist told me that doing so was still considered a "walk-in" and that I would not be given a flu shot at all. Her tone was as if I had been trying to manipulate the system. Why have an appointment system at all if you don't plan to honor them? Furthermore, the same staff treated an older gentleman ahead of me rudely when he was trying to make sense of why they didn't have his prescription ready on-time. They offered little information and the poor guy was just trying to comprehend the situation. I've had positive interactions in other CVS stores, but the team here clearly should not be customer-facing. read more

They did a good job on the cleaning as customers come in but if you go there to work or volunteer, you would find that it very dirty in the workplace environment behind where you shop. Like fruit flies will be in the break room plus grimy toaster & bathroom sink & outside are absolutely grimy. If there a way behind the workplace to get it very clean everything that would be fantastic. I will put a positive feedback when this place looks very clean. read more

Warning they absolutely profile at this location!! The staff is rude, short tempered and treat customers as less then. I am followed every time I walk in wearing a hoodie (even though i have a business in town and am in often). Today I was at check out and witnessed a cashier YELL at an asian american customer who didn't have a CVS card, she told her that she needed one to purchase items, and proceeded to be blatantly rude the entire exchange. They absolutely profile at this location so beware... an issue i do not have at other CVS locations. read more

9 out of 10 times, the Bedford CVS pharmacy does not have prescriptions ready by the promised date & time and the delay is usually pretty significant. Several times, I've gone to pick up a prescription a day or two after it was supposed to be ready and was told to come back in 20 minutes because it wasn't ready yet, then when I came back, I was told it still wasn't ready and to come back in another 20 minutes. At least twice, I went through 3 rounds of these additional 20 minutes before they actually had the prescription ready. Even just this morning, I had a prescription that was called in yesterday morning and was promised to be ready by 8pm last night but when I went to pick it up at 9:30am this morning, I was told it wasn't ready and to come back in 30 minutes. I complained that it was already 13 and a half hours past due and they explained that it was busy last night and tried to bargain with me (20 minutes, 15 minutes, 10 minutes). If this was a one-time issue or even an occasional issue, that would be understandable but the fact is that its been like this almost every time I've gone there over the last year and a half that I've lived here. If they are perpetually too busy to get the prescriptions ready by the promised time, then 2 things are going on: 1. they're CLEARLY understaffed and 2. they shouldn't promise that prescriptions will be ready by a certain time if they know they won't be able to follow through. It's all about not being able to meet the expectations THEY set with their customers. read more

Love CVS, this also like other stores in Bedford for me are the closest to work... I never have issues here & tend to find things more here than in my local CVS... The parking lot is akward to maneuver... Its CVS you know what you are going there for.... read more

Today I went to Bedford, MA for a prescription. They said they did not have it. I showed them my CVS app. I told them I drove for an hour to get there, and asked if I could wait for it. They said it would take an hour, even though no one was there, and that if I had wanted it sooner I should have called ahead. Ridiculous because on my phone it was supposed to be filled, there, the night before. THEN they told me it had been filled in cambridge, MA, and argued over how I should know that even though my app said differently. I called there & a lady there said Bedford could have filled it but there was an insurance issue. ok. I asked for it to be fixed and she did it. I am very sick due to withdrawal since I ran out of a medication I take everyday and just got it filled from my provider. Not sure what the mistake was, but it sent me 2 hours out of my way and kept me sick. The pharmacists in Bedford yelled at me, gave each other "knowing" glances, were extremely rude and I left there in tears. This was traumatizing, I just needed my medicine. read more

I don't know why this CVS gets so much hate. I never have a problem here. What prompted me to post this was the pharmacist who gave me a shot today. I think her name was Holly. What an extremely nice, competent person! read more

The worst. Slow, not helpful. Pharmacy staff has messed up a timely prescription on multiple occasions... don't even bother here... go to Walgreens in Lexington. read more

Just don't. They didn't ask for ID or run insurance. I paid for their mistakes essentially.

This store might be good but the pharmacy seems to employ the dumbest people. They can't seem to read the notes in the computer and I have the same problem every single month. How do we make people use their eyes and read? or are they illiterate? I suppose they're not illiterate or they wouldn't be able to work there. But they sure are ignorant of the information right under their noses. I must not be the only one with the medication that is not covered by insurance. I guess everybody that doesn't have insurance cover their medication must be having the same problems I'm having. This is crazy. They have all the information needed to complete a simple refill. Every time we go through this I request that they check the information in the notes. All the information is in the notes, but these people just will not look at the notes. I get a text saying that I need a "pre-authorization" and they won't fill it until I get the pre-authorization. I have to call every single month. So ridiculous, I should just find a new pharmacy and be done with CVS. read more

They must hire more pharmacy staff. I mistakenly dropped off a script there at around four in the after noon even after hearing the technician complain about how backed up she was. I was told to come back at six, two hours should have been plenty of time. When I walked back to the pharmacy it was clear things were not going well, there was only one person filling stacks and stacks of bins with prescriptions yet to be filled. I asked about the status of my script and was told it was not only not ready, but to come back at 7:30. If they knew about this backup, it would have been nice to have been informed before I drove through rush hour traffic to get there. Would have been a one star had the pharmacist and the other employees not been so apologetic. I took my script to another CVS and it was filled in twenty minutes. read more

Way over priced and dumpy needs more competition in the area read more

We visited this place yesterday to take advantage of their coupons and their post Valentine's Day clearance. They were clearing out their leftovers at an amazing 90% off. This discount was significantly higher than the CVS at the Burlington Mall which only discounted between 50% - 75%. The parking lot is a bit awkward but that could be expected from a triangular lot. read more

Open 24 hours so that alone gives them a leg up on other "drug stores" in the area. Small parking lot but a couple of different ways to get in and out. The drive through is tough to manage but it's an option. The staff are pretty friendly and available. I haven't tried the pharmacy services yet but will update once I have. read more

Iiiiiiiiit's pretty much the only thing open in Bedford late at night. Pretty friendly staff. read more

The pharmacy staff are very nice and helpful, but overworked. We constantly get incomplete automated calls for phantom prescriptions that don't exist, and no one can ever figure out why. The store itself is always running out of things, and though staff are helpful, there is never any inventory out back, so, basically, it is pointless to ask for help. They should have taken over a larger space in the mall across the street when it was redone. read more

This review is for the pharmacy portion of the store. My prescription was sent by my doctor early in the morning. I go out of my way to pick it up 8 hours later and they tell me they don't have it. Upon insisting, they conveniently find it but it's not ready, and it won't be until the next day. Ridiculous. Transferring my prescription to Walgreens's where I've never had any issues. read more

Unfortunately they do not stock their pharmacy properly. Being a Bedford resident it would have been convenient to be able to use the pharmacy in town. I had to change to Walgreens one town over because my monthly medication is out of stock every other month. Very disappointing. When you try to talk to the management they act like you are inconveniencing them!! Fill your prescriptions elsewhere. It's not worth the aggravation and attitude you receive at the Bedford location. read more

I've had only positive experiences at this CVS in Bedford. The staff are exceptionally pleasant and the last time I visited this store, there was a young lady who helped me find the nail polish I was seeking (sorry I don't have her name). Cashier Nick has been amazingly friendly and helpful. Twice when I was there and didn't have my CVS card, Nick pulled up information based on my phone number, and was able to give me not only the discount but other coupons that were available to me. I greatly appreciate the outstanding customer service I've received at this particular CVS! read more

This store refuses to provide curbside service or allow customers to purchase OTC products via the drive thru window. Their front door is too narrow to get my wheelchair thru which I explained but still they said no can't help you out. The only reason I go there at all is to get my prescriptions via the drive thru window. The store is not customer friendly or accommodating to consumers with disabilities. read more

Unfortunately this is the only pharmacy in Bedford... They are very unorganized. I get text messages when my prescriptions are filled, go there and find out that they are not filled or could not find. This happens 90% of the time. read more

Just walked in the store to purchase Thermacare (with $3.79 extra bucks), I sensed the cashier was not friendly, paid the money and got my $3.79 extra bucks coupon, went back to my car and decided to use that $3.79 coupon to purchase a case of water. When I got to pay for the water with that extra bucks coupon, the cashier showed me the flier and told me "you are only allowed you purchase one Thermacare", so, he was basically accusing me getting 2 packs of Thermacare by taking two trips to their store. I told him, that wasn't me. He said, "one woman was trying to get a second pack about 10 minutes before you." I showed him the receipt to prove that I only got 1 pack, but he still shows not trusting me and commented "you must have a twin"... To be honest, I've been in this town for 18+ years, I am Not a fan for this CVS, staff are not friendly, poor customer service. read more

They usually have what I'm looking for, and at a decent price. The parking lot is horrific; it's laid out terribly and is difficult getting in and out of. The people at the pharmacy counter can be unfriendly, but usually I get decent service. read more

Horrible customer service by a manager! My wife and I went there yesterday before 5 PM to use their photo developing kiosk for a photo ID. It took us a while to go through photo processing and did not bother the cashier and the manager at that time since they had customers waiting at the registers. However, when they were done, I glanced at the manager to see if she's available to assist, I caught her and the cashier staring at us, then she proceeded to whisper something to her. Looking at us the second time and then whispered again to her. The cashier looked uncomfortable and could not look at me, I did not like what the manager did. Very immature, high school like, obese, "very" Caucasian manager since we don't think she knows what the sun looked like. I kept looking for her name tag but was not there. I should have asked. Maybe she ate it. I approached her and asked her if it's okay that it is taking us a while to do what we need to do. She cut me off and asked if we need help, I said yes. I wanted her to assist us but not pay for the service and leave the developed photo and declare it to be unusable, just to teach her a lesson, but she charged us $0.32. Money well spent at a store with a non-deserving manager. Half star!! read more

This establishment has really gone down hill! I remember when CVS was first built in Bedford! They actually cared about the needs of the of the consumer. I guess this was not a profitable approach! Now they have a very very minimum staff. The staff is composed of people who were basically a cheap hire. Now you are not able to ask any questions! Hand them the money and leave the store: rinse and repeat, appears the new approach they are going with!. If you are expecting any more service than, you should look elsewhere! All the nonsense that you see on TV about consultations with the in-house pharmacy are silly! I went the other day and actually tried to take them up on their offer to see the in-house pharmacist for a consultation---the said in-house pharmacist looks like she went to Prom yesterday! She ain't worth her weight in sh@@, she is rude condescending, and muy estupido! Avoid this place, unless you want to buy a soda or something! read more
