She was chatting with the cashier, showing her vacation photos. They both saw when I got in line and carried on. They kept talking and swiping through their phone as if I was invisible. This lasted at least 10 minutes! Another patron arrived and they carried on, the guy that was also in line was giving me "what the heck is going on" looks. The shelves in the cosmetics isles are nearly empty due to theft according to employees. So it was with great relief when I entered this CVS that the cosmetics isles were clean and well stocked. As with everything cosmetics are more expensive than ever. They are more reasonably priced in chain pharmacies than almost anywhere else. This CVS is fairly close to where I live so it's convenient. I'm so happy I checked locations and found this one.

Long lines are not the fault of the store and they have recently added square footage to deal with this. Training staff, working through construction and being impacted by the loss of other stores in competition with them is a difficult transition I would particularly like to acknowledge the outstanding service of Vivian. She has constantly stood out as an example of an employee who goes above and beyond and is a professional in all areas of service.

Instead of being honest that they were out of the meds, they lied day after day about needing a few hours, one more day, etc. The medication requires bloodwork to refill monthly, so I was forced to pay additional money to get new bloodwork because they couldn't get it on time. If there was honest communication this could have been fixed and sent to a new pharmacy.... It's ridiculous. After talking to the doctor prescribing the medication, it turns out it's a federally funded drug so they're legally liable to carry it at all times or they get funding cut which is why they lied instead of helping and being upfront. Anyways, I switched locations so not all CVS pharmacies are this way because my new location is much better so far

I ended up paying out of pocket. I checked our balances when I got home and there were messages that a problem had occurred due to Walgreens new software update showing our cards had gone thru. Duplicate charges on both cards for exact same items I paid for out of pocket. I spent 2 weeks on the phone with OTC and Walgreens and one trip to store without resolve. Now I have an investigation case opened by Kaiser. Meanwhile, I'm not using my cards so not to change balances for proof.
