You can receive your Influenza/Pneumococcal vaccine quickly without an appointment. They compound Rx's not available at other pharmacies and their bathroom is sparkling. You can tell that the owner takes a lot of pride in how his store looks and he sets a tone of friendliness that all of his employees show, as well. The pharmacist, Robert Dowden, takes the time to truly research and answer any questions you may have about alternative medications. When I was without health insurance, he made sure to have me sign up for a prescription card that was free that the pharmacy accepts and it lowered prices on every medication my family used. And finally, once when I was very sick and dropped off a Rx to be filled, they called to let me know it was ready and when I said I felt too sick right then to drive and would pick it up later, they offered to deliver it. I had used a 24 hour pharmacy in Denton previously and I thought about what would I do if I needed medicine for a child late at night? Well, if that happens, I could still go to the 24 hour pharmacy for that, but I would still get my regular Rx's at Greenbriar even if they were only open 1 day of the week.

"Sean" I was already having a bad day dealing with the situation that I was in trying to get a photo printed out. This young man Sean. Took patience, time and showed respect and commitment to the customer. Having a positive experience in his store. Mr. Sean went far beyond service to the customer and giving me the necessary respect and support that I needed just for a simple picture. He had no real idea of the stuff that I had been going through just to get this picture made. Mr. Sean show dedication and caring. They never communicate, and I need to call them, leave a VM to ask them to fill the RX that was sent. I never think to need to contact them. I assume they'll fill it, and if they don't, then they would contact me to say they aren't filling it. And why. It's a sealed (uncontrolled) bottle of fluid. No pills to count. Seems easy enough to just process it, and if it comes down to me arriving and saying: "oh no! My insurance won't cover it? So tragic!" Then I'll just pay the $34. If not, they can just put it back if I seriously refuse to find ways to cover what I clearly must have. They also never did a transfer I requested, then the next day (today) I call to find this out. That's where I just had a new RX sent there instead, because they clearly don't want to be bothered to do a transfer I guess. At least they call me back when I leave a Vm (the latest way to speak to a pharmacist) and that's where I said to please just fill the RX and I'll pay the $34 without insurance. And I was actually very kind and humble, but they hung up while I was asking when it'd be ready. Which prompted me to write this update: They still suck. And they're still the only 24/7 pharmacy nearby... So I still go there.

The prescription I have been taking for the past 9 years can carry some unwanted stigma. I have always been tretaed very poorly by the big box pharmacies, Walgreens, CVS, etc. I also travel for work and if I need to fill early they make you jump through hoops, if they even consider it at all. Since using Scripx, my experience has changed drmatically. The pharmacist Simer and Ryan are so kind, helpful, and respectful. I reccomend them to anyone considering using mail order.

I'm currently trying to recover in order to get back to work and help my community. I had a colleague call in medication for my lungs to the pharmacy. I quickly rushed to pick it up. I got there at 7:55 and he said 5 minutes is too short to fill medication. The short Asian male pharmacist was very inconsiderate and told me he didn't have time to fill my medication. I tried to explain to him that I was having difficulty breathing and he responded with - well we open tomorrow at 9 AM. You can come then to pick up your medication. No sympathy or consideration. As someone that sees patients on a daily basis, I give my 200% and would never tell someone I don't have time for them especially when they're telling me they're short of breath.

The tech said they would fill the correct one but it would be an hour and half before it would be ready because they were going to lunch. Ugh! I could not wait that long so I returned the following week. Guess what? They never filled the prescription and I had to wait so they could fill it. During my wait, they asked me repeatedly which dosage I needed. I am moving my business to another pharmacy. Can you imagine having a prescription filled for a child or the elderly at this location?
