Very slow pharmacy. They need additional staff to make it run efficiently the drive through line shouldn't take 5-10 min per car

Rude pharmacy staff. Act like they are doing you a favor instead of their job. Customer Service is in the toilet.

Hello, I am a Nurse…read morePractitioner! After almost 3 years COVID free working with COVID patients in the ICU, I ended up getting COVID. I'm currently trying to recover in order to get back to work and help my community. I had a colleague call in medication for my lungs to the pharmacy. I quickly rushed to pick it up. I got there at 7:55 and he said 5 minutes is too short to fill medication. The short Asian male pharmacist was very inconsiderate and told me he didn't have time to fill my medication. I tried to explain to him that I was having difficulty breathing and he responded with - well we open tomorrow at 9 AM. You can come then to pick up your medication. No sympathy or consideration. As someone that sees patients on a daily basis, I give my 200% and would never tell someone I don't have time for them especially when they're telling me they're short of breath.

This is the absolute worst service I've ever received at a pharmacy. My doctor changed my dosage of…read morea maintenance medicine. After two weeks, I called the pharmacy because I never received a text saying my prescription was ready. The tech said they got it but didn't fill it because I wasn't due for a refill. I explained my dr changed my prescription per new blood work. He said he would get the new script filled. I arrived to pick up script and they had filled the old one instead of the new one. The tech said they would fill the correct one but it would be an hour and half before it would be ready because they were going to lunch. Ugh! I could not wait that long so I returned the following week. Guess what? They never filled the prescription and I had to wait so they could fill it. During my wait, they asked me repeatedly which dosage I needed. I am moving my business to another pharmacy. Can you imagine having a prescription filled for a child or the elderly at this location? Scary!

The only reason it's even getting to stars is because 1 of the 3 girls in the blue scrubs was…read moreactually nice about the situation another one totally messed up (I wish I knew names, but the girl with the locks was so very nice). When picking up my wife's medication for her pregnancy last week, I noticed it was far less than she usually receives (in a ziplock bag when it normally come in 3 boxes). I went back inside after confirming my suspicions with my wife and a pharmacy tech told me that it was all they had, and the rest would be available the following Monday. Fast forward to today, when trying to fill the rest of her prescription, my wife said she was being charged over $100 for an "early refill". We have never paid over $10 for this particular medication, so obviously we were confused. When she called into the pharmacy, the man on the phone said that their system read she received the full prescription and that withstood would have to check the cameras to see if there was any discrepancies in what we were given. I didn't think that was acceptable, so I drove down to the pharmacy to plead my case in person. I saw the girl who gave me the partial prescription and she couldn't even bring herself to look at me. Another girl came and told me the same thing that was said on the phone, even after I showed her the picture of what we received. She then tried to say we owed $43 for the rest of our medicine when that was not the case. She then got the lady with the locks and she was nice, sympathetic, and really wanted to help me, but her hands were tied as the pharmacy manager wasn't there. All in all, this was a terrible experience for me and my wife and after I go back tomorrow to talk with the manager and get this fixed, we will switching pharmacies.

Target December 7, 2025…read more (5/5) Visited Target and had an excellent experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to move through. Everything was well-stocked, and the layout made shopping simple and stress-free. Staff were friendly and attentive, making the trip even more enjoyable. Checkout was efficient, and the overall atmosphere of the store was welcoming and positive. A great shopping experience from start to finish. They have a great selection of items at a fantastic value.

I had a target gift card to spend so obviously I figured "why not look for that thing I need at…read moretarget? I mean, I'm right here!" So I opened the app and searched for the folding table I was looking for. They had a few options. So, I walked into the store, with the exact shelf location of said item indicated in the mobile app. That's handy. I saw the options available to me, I touched and felt the items, and thought "yeah, this is perfect. I'll get it." THEN I looked at the price on the shelf. $39. - wait - that's $10 more than the app says it is. ...aaah! The item is $10 if you buy "online" (or with the app) So, here I am, holding the desired item in my hands, but with the opportunity to save 25% if I buy "online". Ok. I'll buy on the app and do store pickup. Annoying but that's $10 I can spend on AI tokens or lottery tickets (whichever my AI agent instructs me to do) So I order and pay for the item. Now I have to wait. And wait. And wait. Why oh why oh why can't I just take the item in my hands and pay the same price in the store as buying "online"? It's cheaper to take this same item, have a store associate look for it, stick it in the pickup storage, send me a text, and have me either come to the pickup line or wait in my car for this item right here in my hands?? What the hell kind of logic is that? I sat in the parking lot for almost 2 hours waiting to see how this would go. When I finally got the notification that it was ready, I went back into the store, interrupting my epic streak on my "Pawdoku" game to go to the pickup counter. The pickup counter? The customer service desk. Yep. Get in line buddy, behind all those people at the customer service desk. Another 15 minute wait. What a joke. Corporations beware: THIS is what happens when that CEO sets goals like "we want to shift 40% of our sales to our digital channels" or some dumb crap like that. The customer's actual experience that looks oh-so-good on paper and oh-so-good on the executive dashboard, goes right into the toilet and what do people remember? The product? The prices? No. The EXPERIENCE. Stop doing dumb stuff, Target. Think about customers and their actual experience, and stop having different prices for the exact same product that's sitting on the shelf as a "lure" to make those digital engagement numbers look good. You suck. ALERT TO UX people at Target!! - print this review out and do a customer journey map, starting with "customer touches and feels the item and decides they want to buy it for the price they saw on the app that led them into the store". And don't inject crap like "with increased customer dwell, they're more likely to buy convenience items and coffee" - NO. The customer is annoyed. Write that down. The customer doesn't want your coffee or your convenience items. He needs a god-damned folding table and to spend his gift card. Write that down too. There's a reason I only shop here when I'm holding a gift card. Awful. Anyways, I have a folding table now and lost several hours of my life and a badass "Pawdoku" streak.
