Urgent care couldn't see her due to the severity of the cut. An ex coworker of mine was able to phone Dr Rivets office and they were able to get her in 20 minutes later. Everyone at the office was attentive, sweet and treated her very kindly. Dr Rivet really calmed her down and was extremely patient with her. Was able to get her lip stitched up and was in and out in about an hour. The office didn't price gauge when her out of state insurance wouldn't cover her procedure. I have terrible scars and will not get dressed or undressed in front of my husband. The scars that run around the sides are raised and it looks like I have little nipples at the end of the scars. My right nipple is not even round! It looks like a capital D backwards! The scars under each breast are the size of a 50 cent piece and a completely different color than the rest of my skin and I have absolutely no feeling on any part of my breasts. I cannot wear regular bras because my right breast is much smaller and not as full as my left breast. So so so so so pissed and embarrassed! Might as well as have done a complete mastectomy instead of what Dr. Rivet did. I look like a freak!

Angela and her staff are warm, friendly and very helpful. After shopping there for some months, I feel like Angela and her staff are friends due to the genuine interest they show in me and my kids ( who also shop there). My daughter, son and I all get various products from her store. I get skin care products which Angela has suggested. These have truly helped with my skin's overall appearance! My skin has gone from dry and flakey with lines developing to smooth, supple, and the lines have been stopped and even reduced. I have also bought clothing and jewelry, of which she has a lovely assortment and I regularly receive compliments on. Both my daughter and son have had facials for acne and scarring. We have seen significant improvement in them both. My daughter loves the various makeup products and always receives good advice on color choices etc. Going to Angela's store is always fun. And if you don't like the first stylist you try, there's plenty more in the space to choose from! I've gone to Jana Truebenbach (previously from Outback Hair on Elm. St.) and have always been impressed. Totally reasonable pricing for a great cut. She takes the time to listen to what you want and maintains a pleasant conversation during your appointment. I've not been in any of the other stylist's spaces, but hers is well decorated and fits her personality. The salon is easy to get to just off the highway behind Cinemark in a newer building shared with CIA Insurance (look for that sign when trying to find it).

Another woman walks in as we are checking out comes in to pick up a hold order & was greeted with the the same - we are about to close. She said she's well aware that she still had 5 minutes & was there only to pick up her order. Maybe don't work at Sally's if you hate the job & hate customers?

The first esthetician I had is no longer at the location and Jessica filled in. I couldn't be happier with the opportunity to have Jessica as my esthetician. She is wonderful at matching your desire to talk or not, which is important during these types of services. She is incredibly knowledgeable and provides great insight and instruction for aftercare. I see her once a month and her facials are what keep me coming back. If it weren't for her, I may not have kept my membership.
