Having someone there who can't communicate in English makes it extremely difficult for English‑speaking customers to order and creates a frustrating experience. If you want to serve all customers effectively, it would help to have someone bilingual--English and Spanish--working the drive‑thru. There were 14 of us and Tye jumped in and immediately escorted us to the two long tables in the bar area. The food came out very quickly more so than I would have thought considering the crowd they had. I heard nothing but good things about the food from everyone in our group. I introduced myself to Tye and we talked about Marty B's but he also took the time to fill me in on the other concepts Marty has around the area.
