After several attempts to place my order, I pulled up to the window, only to realize the employee working the drive‑thru didn't speak English. I understand it's a Mexican restaurant, but the drive‑thru position requires clear communication with customers. Having someone there who can't communicate in English makes it extremely difficult for English‑speaking customers to order and creates a frustrating experience. If you want to serve all customers effectively, it would help to have someone bilingual--English and Spanish--working the drive‑thru. I tried multiple times to order and was never able to because we simply couldn't understand each other.
