Very bad customer service and dirty store not at all clean not sure why they do this all the time unbelievable never recommend Circle K

This location is off the Swisher Rd exit on I-35. It's right at the border of Lake Dallas. Corinth is directly across the street. This gas station is nothing fancy. Trust me. It isn't as nice, bright and clean as QT or the newer RaceTrac locations. But it's super cheap on gas prices. Circle K is the Walmart of gas stations. Nothing fancy to look at but the prices are cheap. Gas prices are fickle. On a day where gas was priced $2.63- $2.69 all over the place I paid $2.51 a gallon for regular. read more

This gas station has really cheap gas prices, they're just out of gas frequently. Luckily there's a QT right next door.

I went there to try to get gas cause everyone else is out and it has us all snowed in, I thought they may have gas, well they didn't but they had no problem trying to charge me $42.23 for something I didn't buy, if I buy something I pay for it! I was treated very Poorly by the Manager Leroy at the Lake Dallas location store 6338. One of the items I was buying a 6 pack of beer.He tried to charge me $16.99 when its normally $9.99. When I questioned him why it was so much his reply was "its not in our system so thats what you have to pay until it is." I asked if he was for real and told him that's BS. He finished ringing up my other items and I asked again if he could give me the right price since I waited in line for 15 minutes bc they only had him running the cash register (the line was out the door). He told me no and then asked the lady behind me if she needed help. I told him, hell no dont ignore me and act like Im not here. He then asked me to leave the store as he laughed with his co-worker as I walked out. Do Not go to this gas station unless you want to be treated like crap from ghetto employees that could care less about their personal grooming habits and professionalism. Im no better than the next guy, however when Im treated like crap when I was being courteous, thats where I draw the line. Ive tried calling several times to file an official complaint but cant reach anyone, maybe this is a company wide issue. read more
