Many people hanging out on the couches and chairs engaged in conversation with friends. There was even a group of people seated at a table with some sort of game spread out. From the outside this looked like a boring strip center with yet another coffee place, but the inside was bustling with activity. They have a side room that is long and narrow. There is a conference table with chairs around it. Off to the side is a conversation nook with couches and chairs around a large tree stump that serves as a coffee table. Although the room is walled off from the rest of the cafe, it has a thin double glass door that doesn't keep the sound contained and doesn't provide privacy. The floor was concrete and bare and the high walls allowed noise to ricochet making it very difficult to hear anyone speaking. It was free to meet here, so we made due. I'm intrigued enough that I hope to return and try out their menu in the future.

I love that they have small booth for artists to sell their items. I got a very cute pink cowboy boots mug that I use regularly. Check out if you're in the area'

My better half had a Beez Kneez latte and a lemon scone. Everything was fantastic and I would highly recommend the place as one of the best coffee spots I've tried in the Dallas area. The staff was courteous, fast, and came unprompted and cleared our table when we finished any food item, which is not often the case in my experience. On a Monday between 9:30a & 10a they were busy, but they were very well-staffed and moved fast without rushing anyone, and the line wasn't out the door. There's also a free covered garage right around the corner behind the location, so parking within a block or so of walking distance isn't a problem.

Inside has lots of sitting areas, but it does get filled fast with people who want to relax and study or read a quiet book to themselves. There's seasonal drinks are delicious, but I stick to my tried and true- Beez Kneez I had a little modification of a little extra honey, and a few splashes of heavy cream. If you ever tried and loved the Bell milk from La La Land, you'll know why I quickly became addicted to adding heavy cream too all my coffees lol Everyone there is always so friendly and quick to recommend things if you're deciding between two different drinks. Love love love it here!!

My family is Japanese and from Hawaii, so I've grown up eating musubi and onigiri, and honestly, this is the best I've had on the mainland. I've tried the Spam and egg, salmon, and plain onigiri, and every one of them was delicious. I also couldn't resist trying some of the obanyaki. The strawberry cheesecake, red bean, and Oreo flavors were all fantastic. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, and it's clear a lot of care goes into the food. I'm so happy I found this adorable little café and will definitely be back!

We got ours filled with red bean paste and it was fantastic. You could tell the baked shell was homemade and delicious. My son loved his tuna onigiri. It was really large and tasty. He said it was freshly made. I adored my butterfly drink that was beautiful and full of yummy flavor. It was excellent. I also really enjoyed my tamago sandwich. The egg salad had some sugar and condensed milk added to the filling. This made it taste great. The service was excellent. We had our sandwiches in a few minutes. The decor is so bright and colorful. Japanese characters adorn the walls and windows. We had fun playing the claw machine. A great place to eat and enjoy the scenery.
