I feel very safe and aware of my surroundings when I am getting gas early in the morning when I have to leave to go to work. The gestation is very well lit and is not dark. After banging on the door, yelling to the guy to please let me in and him making eye contact and turning away from me, i had to walk back to my car in 70+ mile an hour winds and torrential rain. Everyone was parked under the awning, but no one was able to take cover inside. This is beyond disgusting especially considering that there were tornado warnings and according to emergency officials over the weekend being inside a gas station saved multiple people's lives in Sanger, Tx during a tornado.

I brought an item up and said there's no price. Can you tell me how much this is? When I went up to buy it It rang up double what they said but I just bought it anyway as I needed it. When they gave me my change back, they also short changed me by .75. While that's not very much money they don't have a right to do that. I mentioned it to the lady who rang me up she denied it and said there's nothing she can do Because I can't prove how much I gave her. Then before I left, I went back up because we had a long drive ahead of us And asked how much a cup would be to fill water from their soda fountain. They said $.76. So I paid the $.76 went over to the soda fountain to get a cup and they didn't have water. So I went back up and I said I asked you if I could purchase a cup from your soda fountain to get water from it. Then A man I think he may be the owner came up argued with me and said we don't have water you bought the cup. I said, OK I understand. I would just like my money back then please, because I don't need an empty cup. He said you have to go buy a bottle of water you bought the cup, so go buy a bottle of water Trying to get me to buy more than the store. I understand this is not a lot of money, but it just isn't right how crooked they are. He sat there and argued with me and said I am not giving you any money back. We don't do returns you asked for a cup, and you got it He said it's not our fault we don't have water you can go buy one Even though I had told the lady I was buying the cup to get water from their fountain soda machine. So I said, can I just fill it like a fourth with some soda or something to make it even and he said no you'll have to give us $1.75 more. I can't believe how dishonest this is. I'm writing this because I had a bad Experience about a month prior there when their credit card machine had a skimmer. I noticed after it was too late and had already used my credit card in it. I told the employee and they Denied it. Within a couple days, my credit card was used fraudulently & I had to close it. I guess I should've known better and not went back here But it was the only gas station in the area at the time
