Always asking me how I am, very quick with transactions, and very chatty. They recently hired a new lady who is insanely slow.... Doesn't speak much to customers and rushes everything... got a few of my scratch offs wrong and there is always a massive line .. I will unfortunately I longer continue my business here because of her. Maybe if she isn't working I'll stop by but it's pretty much a no go for me.

Race Trac i find with fresh pizzas and they are super clean and you won't have to worry about your credit card info being copied like you do at this 7/11.

I brought an item up and said there's no price. Can you tell me how much this is? When I went up to buy it It rang up double what they said but I just bought it anyway as I needed it. When they gave me my change back, they also short changed me by .75. While that's not very much money they don't have a right to do that. I mentioned it to the lady who rang me up she denied it and said there's nothing she can do Because I can't prove how much I gave her. Then before I left, I went back up because we had a long drive ahead of us And asked how much a cup would be to fill water from their soda fountain. They said $.76. So I paid the $.76 went over to the soda fountain to get a cup and they didn't have water. So I went back up and I said I asked you if I could purchase a cup from your soda fountain to get water from it. Then A man I think he may be the owner came up argued with me and said we don't have water you bought the cup. I said, OK I understand. I would just like my money back then please, because I don't need an empty cup. He said you have to go buy a bottle of water you bought the cup, so go buy a bottle of water Trying to get me to buy more than the store. I understand this is not a lot of money, but it just isn't right how crooked they are. He sat there and argued with me and said I am not giving you any money back. We don't do returns you asked for a cup, and you got it He said it's not our fault we don't have water you can go buy one Even though I had told the lady I was buying the cup to get water from their fountain soda machine. So I said, can I just fill it like a fourth with some soda or something to make it even and he said no you'll have to give us $1.75 more. I can't believe how dishonest this is. I'm writing this because I had a bad Experience about a month prior there when their credit card machine had a skimmer. I noticed after it was too late and had already used my credit card in it. I told the employee and they Denied it. Within a couple days, my credit card was used fraudulently & I had to close it. I guess I should've known better and not went back here But it was the only gas station in the area at the time

Okay, I have to downgrade my rating to 3 stars. I've been coming here for a while, but some things…read morehave changed. First of all, the prices have gone up. Every wash is now $2 more (I know, I know, everything is more expensive now). Secondly, they are trying to mislead their customers. This has happened the last few times I've come through: I pay for my car wash, the guy hands me my card back and then "instructs" me to turn to the right after the wash and go into lane 1 or 2 (???????). At first, I thought they had changed their exit route after the car wash, but that's not it. They are purposefully telling you to go into the car detailing part of the business after your car wash so you will spend more money. After the wash, the left is the exit and the right is the detailing area with people waiting for you. DON'T FALL FOR THIS. Just ignore the guy and go left to exit or tell him no. I understand that they need to make money, but the staff has been instructed to mislead you to the detailing area so you will spend more money. I can't stand being lied to.

Brought our other car (a small 2 seat car) and they charged $75 ($60 for inside + $15 to Armor All the interior). Just went today and the guy told me that it would be $100 to hand wash and before he could say anything else, I cut him off and explained the price had never been that the other two times. You lost me as a customer for good when you wanna pick and choose what to charge me that day. I'm good .
