She seemed simply bothered by me asking a question and trying to get my prescription resolved. She said I was over talking her and then said we both can't talk at the same time.l with a smug look on her face. She didn't give me a chance to finish. I at that point just asked when another pharmacist would be in and she said tomorrow morning and I said I will come back and speak to someone else. I was thrilled to find them participating in Slurpee Day! 7/11 is something my family and friends have celebrated for years. It truly is the "little things". I felt connected to home and them, by being able to come here and partake in the celebration. We are all dropping our slurpee pics into the group chat. When I pulled into the parking lot and spotted a bunch of kids and a few moms enjoying slurpees and taking pics out front it felt like some sense of normalcy. I think it's fair to say there's a certain crowd if you will, that loves themself a slurpee day. I was glad to see them! The man in front of me said hello to him and he wouldn't even look up long enough to greet him back or welcome him to the store. Transaction ended and the customer says thank you and the guy ignores him and starts talking to his co worker telling him how to change a part outside of the store. The shift leader starts ringing up my 3 things and doesn't even tell me my total. I asked him after the transaction if I could have a bag and he sits it down not even bagging it for me. I bag the items myself and I says do you treat all your customers like this. You're coming off rude and ignoring customers that's not good service. He says to me well I can't please everyone so there is the door if you don't like it. I said oh wow that's mature and he raises his voice louder saying get out of my store. I left the store and called the complaint hotline. I didn't get a receipt with my order so I had to look it up online. Hopefully the guy wasn't the owner of the store because if it was, dang I feel sorry for 711. I will not ever come here again, not for gas, drinks, snacks or slurpee. I don't recommend any business who treats their customers like garbage.
