SO many people in such a small space and it's like bumper cars weaving their way through a maze of humans. Then bathrooms are smaller, but still very well kept and clean. The products are all the same, a lot with their signature logo. They have the bbq section, deli, sandwiches, pre made snacks, cookies, and all of the paraphernalia that is Buc-ee's. Gas is usually fairly inexpensive as well. Great place, just smaller, so be prepared to dodge some folks not only in the parking lot, but also in the store.

They are condescending during self checkout like you went to training and should know better, and act too good to assist customers. I had 3 employees having a personal conversation and they were shocked that I would ask them to help my check out my produce. They also implemented a ridiculous rule that they won't assist with return s after 8pm despite having an employee at customer service, and they need a physical receipt despite having the technology to scam your Kroger card or credit card. I brought my vehicle in for a simple air conditioning issue, and four days later Yes 4 days, I was essentially coerced into paying approximately $2,300 which is 320 dollars extra, under the ultimatum of, "Pay this or leave your car here." Keep in mind initial estimate was 1600 and remaining is extra parts that they broke in the process of "fixing" my car. The older gentleman at the front desk lacks professional integrity. He refused to honor our initial agreement and tacked on extra labor charges that directly contradicted what we had discussed and agreed upon beforehand. I dont know how people of such zero integrity can even look into their own eyes, let alone people around them. Never going back here.
