It had no espresso and no cold foam, even though the menu lists cold foam as part of the drink. We went back hoping they would simply remake it correctly, but instead we were met with some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Rather than apologizing or trying to make it right, the baristas insisted my husband "didn't say dirty" and then told us we had to specifically ask for the cold foam, even though it's advertised as being included. To top it off, they charged us an additional $3+ for the cold foam and 1 shot of espresso. A drink that was already around $7 ended up costing over $10 just to receive what the menu originally described. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. What I don't understand is the lack of accountability and the unwillingness to provide good customer service. A simple apology and a willingness to fix the mistake would have gone a long way. I wanted to support, but after this experience, I won't be back.

Free water and bottomless coffee refill in the corner. They sell balms, stickers, clothes, and more. The menu states flavors are an extra .50 in the menu book, but I was charged $1. (Just an observation that the prices may not be correct on yeh menu book) They ask for tips, but I wouldn't. They don't clean up, you take your cups and plates to the trash area. We ordered the tacos. It did take 25 minutes to get it and it was not busy. Our coffee was ready pretty quickly. I presume (wild guess) that the food fixer dude is not good with multi tasking, or his desire to serve is lacking. Anyways, the serving size was good! The tacos were warm on top, but the eggs were cold on bottom. Plus they really had no flavor. My latte was warm at best and the coffee was not strong? I would suggest switching brands. The hot cocoa my husband got WAS delicious and stayed hot in the travel cup... so maybe that would help in the latte arena. The coffee server was by far very friendly. My reply was, "no, that's not what I said, were you even listening?" Her next reply was rude and disrespectful, "Excuse you?" This did not sit well with me, it made me upset. I don't believe that I said anything wrong by asking if she was listening. Literally her role at that point was to listen to the order, which she apparently didn't. After the "excuse you" remark, she stated, "Well I heard mocha." I then repeated the order slowly and deliberately "2 medium carmelicious blenders with whipped topping" pausing briefly between each word to be sure that what I stated was clear. She then said that I didn't have to be rude. Not that I need to say it, but I will not return to that location, even though it is the closest location to my home.
