My car looks better than when I first bought it!! I tried reaching out to multiple car detailers and a lot were unresponsive while Chris answered immediately and gave me a quote over the phone. Chris also referred me to someone who can get dents out of my car. I'll admit I was skeptical at first, since he no longer has a brick and mortar location and I was nervous to leave my car in the garage. But Chris made it very easy to find him at Legacy West. He has organized with Legacy West parking so he can do his work in the parking structure on the 5th floor. He told me I can go ahead and keep my car keys and he provided me with his business card immediately. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. He texted me when he was finished, which was WAY FASTER than expected for the interior detail. I thought he was only going to clean a problem area I had, what he quoted me on. He went ahead and did the whole inside for the same price since it turned out to be simpler to clean than we expected. Chris did an AMAZING JOB and you can tell he really cares about customers and his work. I will definitely be calling him again next time I need detailing. read more

I am writing to offer some clarification of services as the owner suggested my dissatisfaction was due to a miscommunication. I called asking for a "power wash." I told him I had received a consultation for bug removal from a nearby car wash and they recommended that as the best way to remove the bugs. I told him I was specifically looking for the bugs to be removed from the radiator and that I had called several other places asking for this and was told washes were primarily done through tunnels. He said that he offered that service and that he had an opening if I came right away. He quoted me a price of $59.99 which was for an exterior only service. He said the business was based in a parking garage in Legacy West. I asked if he offered an indoor place to wait and he said I should go to Starbucks or go to the shops. The directions provided my Apple maps were very unhelpful. He told me it was by Starbucks. I let him know that I had been to two parking garbages and I could not find him. I asked if he could provide additional details about the parking garage. He told me that I should put Legacy Hall into Google Maps and that would take me to the right garage. He told me he officed out of WeWorks. These directions were more helpful. When I got to the fifth floor I still could not find him. There was not so much as a sign out, but he flagged me down. He seemingly works with one other young gentleman. I pointed to the bugs that I wanted removed. He told me it would take 45 minutes. The washing was prompt as promised. The bugs remain in my radiator. I pointed this out to him and he said he thought I was referring to something else. He said I needed a hose to spray that out. I agreed, and expressed my disappointment as I had specifically requested a power wash. I saw no evidence that water was used on my car unless it evaporated in the five minutes it took me to get from Starbucks. He kept repeating that he thought I was talking about a different part of the car. I honestly am unsure about how I could have been more clear. Due to this miscommunication, I paid for a car wash that did not meet my expectations. read more

Chris was very response and attentive. He quoted me a baseline price and I added other services. Highly recommend!

Chis did an amazing job! He came to our house and waxed 2 cars with heavy duty protective wax. The truck needed protection from Salt-air and the Sonata is parked outside with sap that tends to drip on it. It was reasonably priced, especially when considering it protects some of our biggest assets. It was hassle free and Chris was professional and easy to communicate with. I will use again! read more

If you're looking for a truly "deep clean," including the cracks and crevices of your car, this is unfortunately not the place to go. I found this place online and called before I came to ask if they could provide the service I was looking for. I was told the gold express package would include interior detailing and address the "cracks and crevices," which is what I wanted. It did not, however. The gold express package ($59) included a pretty good exterior clean but just a basic wipe down of the interior, which was not what I paid for nor expected. read more

It also had vinyl stripes that I recently removed and you could still see where they used to be when I would wash it. Chris did an outstanding job! Looks better than it did when I bought it. I took in my car to get it detailed since I had to pick up a few things at stonebriar mall. I paid for a 60 dollar detail and I was not impressed at all. The service I paid for was for exterior and interior. The exterior included cleaning the wheel wells which were left dirty. The interior around the cup holders and radio-CD player were still dirty like they never touched them. I was pretty upset when I was driving but since I was in a rush I just went back home. The next day I had re-do the cleaning since I didn't want them touching my car again since it might come back dirtier. This was probably the worst so called detail job I have had done on any of my cars for the price. Needless to say I just wasted 60 dollars but like all my past experiences with bad service never again. read more

Thanks Chris for the response, however let me play the scenario I dealt with. I received a message that my car was finished. Went and picked it up. The valet guy, Marco I think was his name said no worries I'll take it back. Fifteen minutes later I was once again notified my car was done. Marco then said the guy who cleaned my car mentioned that the "porduct" you use was the cause of the faded look in my back middle seat. He then stated that once the seat was dried it would go away. Needless to say the fade is still there. I even noticed some spots on my head rest that weren't gone. Took some Maguires cleaner and they came right out. You don't appreciate the business. You appreciate doing half a job of work and making money on it. Customer satisfaction is the least of your worry. In my book you're business is shady. read more

Brought a used black Mustang to Chris that I had recently purchased where all was great but the paint was definitely "used" with scuffs and swirls. This is a great place to get the car washed and detailed while you shop. Plus they park your car until you are done shopping. My car needed a serious washing after being on a car transporter from CA to TX. Texas Auto Spa did a great job on both my exterior and interior. After done shopping, they brought my car up just like a valet would. This is very convenient for those who don't have much time...car wash/detail and shopping at the same time. Very high end car show quality detail to prep the car for sale. Chris verbally agreed to perform his Ultimate Full Detail service and Engine detail service and the additional detail services I asked for $400..00 (pay in advance of finishing the car) my friend that refereed the service and also works at the Mall took the car in for me on Friday May 3, 2013 at 11:15AM. Verbal discussion with Chris about Interior Detail and what I wanted regarding full Inside detail - The inside of the car would be thoroughly cleaned, detailed and conditioned, to include, leather seats, leather dash and leather door panels would be cleaned and conditioned. The inside windows would be cleaned, the dash and instrument/gauges/air vents wiped down and cleaned Verbal discussion with Chris about Exterior Detail what I wanted regarding full exterior detail - The exterior of the car would be thoroughly cleaned, detailed and conditioned. The paint would be buffed to remove 98% of all small surface scratches and swirl marks in the paint, thoroughly clean all exterior plastic and rubber parts of the car and restore back to black with plastic conditioner. Clean wheels and tires and treat tires with tire dressing. Clean the exhaust pipes and shine. and clean and detail the engine. Chris stated to me that the car would be detailed inside and out above his normal service and when he was finished the car would look show room new for $400.00! Normal Web site pricing detail pricing $199.95 Ultimate Full Detail $59.95Engine/Motor Clean 259.99 total normal full price vs the $400 I paid for a even higher level service Either way you can see that I purchased a premium service well above his usual. You can also see from the pictures that he did not even deliver his lowest end service! My friend that referred me to Chris picked up the car up for me after 9:00PM (Chris had the car for over 10 hours) and delivered the car back to me about 10:00PM on Friday May 3rd. Since it was dark at the mall my friend was not able to inspect the quality of the detail and brought it back to my house. Upon pulling the car into my garage under the the lights it was immediately clear that the car was worse than when I took it in that morning, but looked very shinny in the dark! I sent Chris a text with a couple of pictures and let him know how disappointed I was and he in turn blamed me for not getting the car there earlier and that he did not have time. he also said that he had two guys he was paying that were just standing there waiting for the car. my friend that dropped the car off tells me that Chris was there alone! So not only is Chris a cheat but a liar too! Here is a link to the pictures I took that night and again the following morning. Well I thought with all of the good reviews this would've been an awesome experience. I drive a 2013 black Cadillac CTS coupe. When I got it back I immediately noticed some things I didn't like. They had my car for at least 2 hours which was great because we had shopping to do. But once I got it home I notice bad hand print marks in several parts as in sticky crusty marks. There were more swirl marks then before and many areas of water drops. Water marks on the headlights and on just about every chrome area of the car. There was sticky splatters on the doors right behind the tires I can only assume was from the wheel cleaner not being dry. Never the less I spent the next two hours cleaning all of these areas. It would have been real easy to walk around the car one time and see these areas they were very obvious. I took pics encase anyone is interested. I know it's a black car and shows everything but if you claim to be a detail place then show some detail to your work. Very unsatisfied and to top it off the guy bringing my car up was hauling butt clearly over the speed limit pulling my car up. This is not how you treat someone else's car. I would like to say the owner has contacted me already. He says he's going to take care of this ASAP. I will update as soon as I am able to get with him and hopefully resolve these issues. It shows he cares to have done this. Hopefully I will be updating with bells on soon. read more

Chris exudes professionalism and hard work. I called so many car wash places to see if they could sanitize and shampoo the interior of my Honda and none provided the service. I live about two hours from Frisco, and I drove in for the weekend to go shopping with my mom. It was time to get the oil changed in my car as well as my tires rotated. We did the valet parking at Stonebriar mall and the man that works for Texas Auto Spa asked me if I needed any services done. I hesitated at first, but then agreed to have his company perform a full service oil change and rotate my tires. Hey it sounded like it would be super convenient and save me the time of getting it done outside of work. After I paid and got back in my car, I found two red flags. 1) There was no receipt of services completed. Every place that I've been to will either give you a receipt when you check out that will list all services that took place (i.e. which fluids got filled, checked, etc.) or they will leave it in your car. 2) I asked for the synthetic oil blend, so I can go 5,000 miles between oil changes. On the sticker they placed in my car it said to have my oil changed in 3,000 miles. I was hopeful that this was a oversight on their part, as I'm sure most of their customers get the regular oil. After I go home the next day (remember....two hours away), I told my husband that I had this service done because it was convenient and about the same price at the Toyota dealership that I usually take my car. After I told him about the two red flags, he was not happy that they didn't give me a receipt. In my defense, by the time I went to pay for the services, the man that sold me the services was gone. And I didn't realize the two red flags until after I had left the mall. Two thousand miles later....my windshield wiper fluid light comes on. Okay no big deal right? Well, it's not a critical fluid to my car. But they are supposed to fill up the windshield fluid when you pay for a full service oil change. That made me wonder what else they didn't do that they were supposed to. That was the third red flag. Three weeks after that, my steering wheel starts squeaking. I had my husband check the power steering fluid and it was below the minimum line. He took my car to a local auto shop and they said that the oil was black and it had not been changed in at least 3,000 miles. I thought I had 2,000 left to go after paying extra for the synthetic oil blend! Basically, I paid them to do nothing. Obviously they didn't refill any fluids nor did they change the oil. I bet they didn't rotate the tires either...but hey that's just a guess. Because they gave me no receipt for the services rendered I have no proof that I was even a customer and I paid for those services. Very disappointed. The convenience factor is very tempting...but I learned that it's best to go to who you know and trust...even if it means taking time out of your busy schedule. read more

I want to get the word out about my extremely poor experience with this business and its owner, Chris B. I do not normally take the time to write these, but I couldn't let this go unsaid. I am a mother of 6 and my family and I shop at Stonebriar Mall almost every weekend and sometimes during the week. We drive the 45 minutes to get there because we love the environment Stonebriar provides. We noticed they recently started providing a Carwash/Detailing Service at their Valet as well. Since we normally utilize the valet service anyway, we decided to try the Detail Service for the first time on Saturday evening. I purchased the Premium/Signature Service for Interior and Exterior which was priced at $89.95 for an SUV and must be pre-paid. I was informed the service would take approximately 1 1/2 hours and that I would receive a text when my vehicle was ready. After 2 hours of shopping and no text message, we decided to go outside and check on our vehicle. The owner (Chris) informed us the vehicle had been ready (for some reason we never got a text, but that isn't a huge deal) and he went to get our Yukon XL. After standing outside for about 10 minutes with our babies, Chris returned and asked us if we had experienced any problem with our battery. We informed him that we have not had ANY problems with our battery and that it was only a few months old. He proceeded to explain how our SUV wouldn't start and he would be "willing" to jump it for us. I was immediately upset about the situation because my battery was fine and has been fine until I left it with the Detail Service. We all walked to the back of the parking lot (which defeats the purpose of the valet service, but again not the worst thing that could happen) to check out our vehicle. Sure enough, no power. So we had no choice but to jump it. No apology from Chris at this point or anything. In fact, he pointed out how he didn't "have" to tell us that our battery was dead and he could have just jumped it without our knowledge and brought our car out. Ok fine, thanks Chris. Obviously the employees detailing our SUV drained our battery. We are all smart people so that was not difficult to figure out. We overlooked the battery incident and went on our way, just happy to be getting home with our children. The next morning, we got in our vehicle to run our Sunday errands and noticed our Navigation Screen had severe "spots" on the interior of the screen. They appeared to be moisture spots or chemical sports but we weren't sure. We drove the 45 minutes back to Stonebriar to show Chris the damage, where again he proceeded to place the blame on us and not his employees. Our Navigation Screen was perfectly fine before we brought it in for detailing, just like our battery was. Chris refused to do anything at that time, and we informed him we would be taking our vehicle to GMC so they could tell us what happened. They were closed that day, so on Monday AND Tuesday during my lunch break, I drove to GMC for 2 separate service confirmations that the screen had been "pressed on with too much force" while being cleaned. I immediately called Chris, who AGAIN refused to do anything at all. He said that he has never had these issues before; therefore the battery AND my Navigation Screen must have had issues before I brought in my vehicle, regardless of what GMC had confirmed. I did not ask Chris to replace my Navigation Screen (which I will eventually have to do). All I asked was that he refund my $89.95 for poor service/vehicle damage and we would leave it at that. He refused stating "you brought the car in to be detailed and that is what we did. You got the service you paid for." I did not PAY HIM $89.95 to drain my battery so we would have to be "jump started" before being able to get home with our children and I did not PAY HIM to ruin my Navigation Screen, so NO actually I did not get what I paid for. Apparently that does not matter to him and he is not concerned at all with making things "right." We were just another $89.95 in his pocket and he has no concern for us as customers. After all, he has plenty more willing to pay for the convenience of having their car cleaned while they shop so what does one lost and unhappy customer matter right? I find this completely unacceptable for a business period, but for a Business Owner to act so unprofessional, irresponsible and have such poor business ethics is appalling to me. Although this was a long review, I needed to make my experience perfectly clear with the hope that I can save someone else from the time, energy and damage caused by Chris and his Texas Auto Spa. You may have no problem at all when you take your vehicle in, but is that a chance you are willing to take? It's just not worth it. My $89.95 Detail Service got me a clean car alright, but will now also cost me thousands of dollars to recover from and has destroyed my faith in Customer Service. read more

My wife and I dropped the car off to be "detailed" while we ate lunch and meandered around the mall. When we were notified that it was ready, we came out with our small daughter and son. The car was still dirty and had streaks on the outside, console unclean and windows poorly clean, the inside was vacuumed and things were carelessly thrown around. They took the seat protector out from under my son's car seat and tossed it in our daughter's car seat. They unbuckled our baby's car seat and left it that way. I pointed out the exterior issues to the manager and he said he would take care of it. My wife asked him if it was customary to unbuckle small children's car seats and he opened the door to look at the car seat. By that point, she had already buckled it again so she could put our daughter in the seat. He did not offer an apology or explanation. He just closed the door and then suggested we meet him in the detailing station to "fix the exterior." When we went to get the exterior fixed, he just kept asking, "Where is the problem?" Again, all without acknowledging their mistakes or apologizing. It is not worth what they charge. The manager did not do his work to have happy customers--he hurried us so we would get out of the way for them to work with other customers. He mentioned his other customers more than once--that he was "sacrificing his time from them to be with us." At the same time, he asked my wife regarding the windshield, "Are you happy now?" It was a waste of money and time. read more

I have a brand new Lexus RC F and wanted a hand wash so decided to bring it here while I took my son to D&B. Was told it would be a couple hour wait so I said nevermind then I don't have that kind of time, so the guy tells me an hour and 15min we will have it ready. That right there I should have known was the mistake and knowing they were busy they would rush to get me done. So I pay 80 dollars for a full detail and 20% tip (leaving that amount not even seeing the work done) my car was done in time, however when I got to my car nothing was wiped down. They did a rushed vacuum job and there was stuff everywhere. While I'm explaining it to the guy I said look you guys vacuumed but there is shit everywhere. He immediately got defensive about my language said he would redo it and I stated i needed to put the car seat that was in my hand in the trunk, he gets in the drivers seat the trunk is wide open and he starts driving away I had to yell wait!! End of story 30 mins later my car is "redone" and he wouldn't even look me in the face to talk to me and never apologized. Come to find out he's the owner! I would never recommend this place. My husband called to talk to him and the owner tried to say I caused a scene. This car wash is pathetic and so is the owner. For the money you can go elsewhere. OUTSTANDING!!! I did a lot of research before choosing Texas Auto Spa. My car had started showing the dreaded swirl marks in the paint from going through the automatic car wash, so it was in need of a good buff, wax & polish. I pored over reviews of all the popular auto detailing/washes in the area, and I called a few to inquire about pricing. The reviews of each are predictable---some customers were highly satisfied, while others vowed never to return. Because these places work at a high volume and have an assembly line of staff, the margin for error/dissatisfaction is increased. This is one of many reasons why Texas Auto Spa stood out. As I read through their reviews, not only were their customers satisfied, but also I really appreciated how Chris (the owner) had taken the time to reply to each posted review. It was clear that he put his heart into his business, which made me feel comfortable trusting him with my car. I drove to Texas Auto Spa the following day for an estimate, where I met with Chris in person. The price he quoted me was competitive & reasonable (based on the calls I had made previously to other auto detailers), so we scheduled my appointment for the following day, and he told me the appointment would last about 3 hours. The next morning, I received a text confirming my appointment for that afternoon. I brought my car in at the scheduled time and was again greeted by Chris. He told me my car would be in good hands and that he would send me a text when it was ready. Another major bonus of Texas Auto Spa is that it's located in the valet lane at Stonebriar Mall, so this eliminates the usual brain-draining experience we all have waiting around at most auto detailers/washes! I shopped away as time flew by, and like clockwork after 3 hours, Chris texted me to say my car was ready and looking amazing. I couldn't believe my eyes---my car looked shinier and more vibrant than when I bought it!! There wasn't a swirl or scratch in sight...just a gorgeous, glossy shine that won't quit! I was so excited that I was literally jumping up and down. And the cherry on top, I had only paid for exterior cleaning/service, but they still vacuumed & dusted inside. I can't thank Chris or his team enough for the excellent work and stellar service I received! You guys are doing it right, and I will be telling everyone who will listen. read more

This is a great service that I've used more than once and will continue to do so. I am not a local, but have used the service on several occasions while in the area. I've made a special trip to visit to get my car detailed. The products they use keep the car shinning and clean MUCH longer than a traditional water-based car wash. Was able to make an appointment online since after I tried to just drive up last weekend it was too busy. Chris spotted me today and promptly took care of me and answered all my questions. I went with the $150 "platinum package" which includes just about everything short of carpet steam clean/shampooing. My car was done sooner then expected and Chris personally pulled my car up offered a fragrance and checked me out. I left a nice tip and concluded my visit. After getting it home I really gave it the once over (didn't want to hold up things at the busy mall curbside). Looks good overall, not entirely happy with the interior though...dash looks untouched and windshield though cleaner definitely not as clean & clear as it could be. I'm not upset but if I only had a simple wash I wouldn't care but I paid good $$ and tipped well to not get everything I hoped for. I'm not a complainer and not considering this a bad review. Chris was great and the service provided was great just being honest with my take. Still give these guys my full recommendation. read more

After driving over 1,000 miles from Chicago to Texas, my car was in badly need of cleaning (both inside and out). After researching on yelp I decided to take my car to TAS. The convenience of waiting while shopping at a mall was a huge plus. The owner Chris was nice and accommodating and my car was finished faster than the original estimated time. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 was because there were a few scratches on the drivers side door and the check out was a little slower than anticipated (due to Wi Fi issues). However, I'd use TAS again and something tells me the next experience will be a 5. read more
