Service at this location has gone downhill…read more we came to pick up balloons the other day and they still weren't ready at their pick up time. Then they told us they were tied, but they were not tied balloons, and then when we brought the balloons and took them out of the bag, they all went up high in the ceiling. The next day I stopped in for a gift card and used self-checkout, as I always do, for a debit transaction. The machine allows it. An older employee stepped into my personal space and started telling me what to do. I made clear I didn't need help; he ignored that and took over the machine himself. Self-checkout plainly supports debit purchases, including adding funds to a video game gift card, the system wouldn't offer it otherwise. it's not some random employees decision, the self checkout doesn't matter...If staff understood their own equipment, that interaction wouldn't have happened. I'd rather see the team focused on keeping the store in order than on directing customers who are managing fine on their own.

Their chickens are better, period. It's a major health hack when you're trying to get in shape, and save money. I love Sam's. Costco is great, but Sam's is my new go to, but the reason I'm leaving only 4 stars instead of 5, is there food court is ridiculous. The people behind that cash register should be trained on doing things in a timely manner, because that line moves slower than my 93 year old grandmother. They don't seem to care about being on top of time, so people stand there and wait. It's very, very annoying, and the tables are filthy over half the time. No one seems to stay on top of sanitation. It's inexcusable for a multi-billion dollar company!

Their gas prices are now also a LOT more in line with others in the area, which is nice since they are close to me and on my way to work. The only complaint that I have is that they run out of coffee in the mornings and SELDOM make more unless they are asked to do so. Can't wait for a commercial pot to finish, so sometimes you have to settle for a soda. All in all, the new store is good and the food is awesome! I recommend the chorizo breakfast burrito!

When the employee gave me the drink, I knew it was going to taste milky. It was one of the palest light green matcha drinks that I have had. It tasted mainly like syrup, and it was too sweet for my taste. I heard that the berry chantilly flavor comes from a strawberry syrup and an almond syrup. I have tried the berry chantilly latte from Whole Foods, and I thought this was good. You can still taste the coffee. But I guess berry chantilly matcha depends on the ratio that your server mixes that day. It almost tasted like cereal milk. I also got some bakery items! They had some 50% off apple and cherry pies. I also got the take home and bake cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon rolls and the icing it came with were delicious!

Formal Complaint Regarding Severe Employee Misconduct and Unacceptable Customer Service…read moreTo HEB Management, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an appalling customer service experience at your store, involving a manager named Valerie. This is the worst treatment I have ever experienced as a customer. During my interaction with Valerie, she was extremely arrogant, hostile, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, she escalated her abusive behavior by directly insulting me in Spanish, calling me a "pendejo" to my face. Furthermore, I had a cart fully loaded with two hundred dollars worth of groceries, but I was unable to complete my purchase because Valerie, as the manager on duty, refused to assist me or address the situation. This level of disrespect, verbal abuse, and utter lack of professionalism from someone in a management position is completely unacceptable. Customers should never be insulted, demeaned, or treated with such hostility, especially when trying to check out. I expect management to take immediate action regarding this severe misconduct. I look forward to hearing how this matter will be addressed.
