The dining room is a bit dirty, but that's to be expected when the concept is the populace cleaning up after themselves. When we were there, it wasn't crazy dirty, just not pristine. My soda from the soda machine was bad (missing lots of syrup), but I just got a different soda. Overall, it's nothing amazing, but a good more budget friendly option IMO. Pluses are the extensive menu, large portions, and the hot chips and salsa that were brought to the table. There was a sign advertising 99-cent Taco Tuesdays so may need to make a special trip for that. There was an Asian seafood place here for years before which I never tried and while it's sad they are gone, the restaurant business is tough. I hope this business and the nice people that run it are around for a long time.
