Anybody care to guess what they had none of??? NO JALAPEÑOS! Not a single one! How is this even possible?! I wish I could say this was the first time something like this happened. Or even the second, third ,or fourth. But no. Countless times, they are out of the most basic of products. Don't get me started on the management and or lack of management. I once picked up a product and when it rang up, it rang up $10 more than what the shelf tag was. I went to customer service and got a manager, walked her back to the shelf, showed it to her, and she still refused to ring it up at the shelf price. Not only that, but she didn't even take down the tag. So they are knowingly, fraudulently, overcharging customers! Another time I brought up a jar of fruit juice that was expired and told the girl at the counter that all of the ones on the shelf were also expired She looked at me with dead eyes and said well do you still want it? What?!!!! Honestly, I could write a novel on the ridiculousness of this location. It is so worth it to just drive a bit farther and go to Kroger. I hope this is the last time I make this mistake. Finally decided to check out the Neighborhood Walmart and to my surprise, they have everything…read more(besides your tech & auto shop)! The store is super clean and had everything in stock. It felt like shopping at the full-size one, but with fewer people. I wanted a quick run and I got everything I needed. Check-out was self-service and there were only 3 lines open. I visited on a Saturday night so the store was a little busy, and having to wait for self check-out didn't help either. I saw one worker running back and forth to help people with the employee code because the machine gave an error when scanning items. Hopefully, that was just a one-time thing! Will visit this store frequently rather than driving an extra 15 mins for the full-size one.

Went in today for some Red Bull to wake up; 'twas a quick stop. Guy working (African w semi long…read morehair) was very welcoming with a nice greeting as I walked in. He was cleaning but still attentive to his surroundings. I hesitated to get some pizza but it looked so freshly baked. I just commented on it but told him I don't need it for my diet. Still had my puppy eyes while finishing paying so he gave me a complimentary slice. This went a long way for me as he understood my hesitation as a customer and went out of his way by doing one simple customer service gesture without me asking. Need more people like him in all convenient stores. Not to give out complimentary items but to provide that customer service that makes one remember that specific store. People won't always remember everything you say or do, but they will remember how you made them feel.

The employees are all nice, some friendlier than others. The fountain drink station is always pretty clean, these are located to the right. I mention this because when you first walk in its a little difficult to tell - it literally looks like its for employees only or something but if you keep walking you'll see theres a small aisle. The coffee here is good and strong. Of course its the freshest in the mornings. They have fresh pastries and donuts daily, and hourly they have the pizza by the slice, wings, tacos, etc. Its very quick to get in and out of here. What I DON'T like is the gas pumps. It never feels like its filling up at a steady pace, and I always seem to run through my gas quick when I get it from here. So I no longer get any fuel here, its mostly for red bulls, coffee and pizza. Xo.

The smaller sizer equates to a very full house when inside shopping, getting eats, or using the extremely clean bathrooms. When we came through it was on a weekday and not one of the busier weekends. SO many people in such a small space and it's like bumper cars weaving their way through a maze of humans. Then bathrooms are smaller, but still very well kept and clean. The products are all the same, a lot with their signature logo. They have the bbq section, deli, sandwiches, pre made snacks, cookies, and all of the paraphernalia that is Buc-ee's. Gas is usually fairly inexpensive as well. Great place, just smaller, so be prepared to dodge some folks not only in the parking lot, but also in the store.
