Horrible service at the pharmacy!! I've been on a strict medication regimen for many years now and I've been using this CVS for all of my scripts! Same story every time I call ahead or go there right when they open, my refills are never ready when I've requested them to be available! It's usually hours before they are ready! Even if I'm the first customer there at start of business , the pharmacist is always overwhelmed and will not refill my scripts in a half hour or so while I wait! It's always afternoon if they are even ready by then! They hold it against you if you get your scripts the day they can be refilled which is usually 3 days before I run out with my current insurance! Really really rude and unprofessional staff and pharmacists! Never willing to go the extra mile for anybody! I'm in healthcare myself and if I acted the way they do trust me, I wouldn't have a job right now! Ridiculous! They need to educate themselves on customer service even when it's busy and they are feeling overwhelmed! That's just the way of modern medicine! It's not about punishing the patients who request refills of their scripts a few days early! I've been going there for years and same old story each time! Understaffed and poorly managed! Patients on meds need their refills when they request them,not whenever you get around to filling them,especially the controlled medication! You shouldn't abuse your authority over their meds and make them wait hours before filling them! Really really poor behavior fir a medical professional! It's always a complete shit show! This store is fairly new! You would think they should try to impress and attract customers who are used to going to Rite Aid!! I am certainly going back to Rite Aid. i went to this CVS store and wanted to return brand new swing cushions with original tags on. Unfortunately, I had lost the receipt. The cashier said because I had not bought them from her store she was not able to take them back. When I asked why she said she did not want to show a loss in her store. I asked if I were to take a store credit and spend it on something else how it would be a loss??? She said she did not carry them there so she would not know what to do with them! I went to their cushions aisle only to find out they do carry the same thing!! So when I asked her why she lied, she gave me a blank stare! So she hesitated and with a horrible attitude gave me the store credit. I said "thank you!" only to get a grin from her! I take that back... I am not going back there and gave the store credit to my niece and asked her to spend it at the store near her. Horrible service! I have never heard of a chain store say they could not return their own merchandise because they do not want a loss on their books! I love my Rite Aide friendly store. I like to put positive feedback on Yelp but this one had to get off my chest! Good luck growing your sales with liars working there!!! read more

I have been buying Cod Liver Oil for a long time basically without any problems. Once I could not buy apparently because of a recall. Later I bought two bottles and after finishing about 3/4 of the first bottle the Oil turned mushy. I brought it back, but the manager (so she told me) was very reluctant to give me any refund. I just told her - never mind - you won't see me again. The second bottle turned bad after about finishing half of it and thus had to be thrown away. Ever since this pharmacy got all new staff things have gone down hill! They DO NOT answer the phone! (Not even when its a doctors office calling) And this is of course after waiting for 2 to 30 minutes for no answer or to be hung up on! I'm not one to write reviews but after I've listened to my elderly and disabled mother complain about the treatment she was receiving from the Main pharmacist I told her that we were going to switch pharmacies to an entirely different store. This process began about a month ago. So her prescription's are coming due again now and when she realized she was missing a prescription from the new pharmacy she called the new pharmacy and was told that CVS never sent the one she needed. She then called CVS and they said they sent it over already and didn't have it so they wouldn't be able to fill it. 2 hours later she got an email from CVS saying her prescription was ready to pick up. (How do you fill a prescription when you don't have it?) There is so much more i could complain about but I'm going to fast forward ..... so I go to get my mothers prescription's this time and I see what my mother has been talking about myself! He was rude to me and went out of his way to come and address me disrespectfully! My biggest complaint is about the main pharmacists attitude and customer service skills! They ARE HORRIBLE! and he needs to be replaced for thinking he can talk to people in such a demeaning way! I will not be back and neither will my mother! And you shouldn't EITHER! read more

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life. The pharmacy workers are so nice to me every time I arrive, greeting me immediately. I am always provided with the help I need in a timely manner. The pharmacist is extremely humble, down to earth, and overall a great person. Vai is a generous, handsome young man and works very hard to provide quality service. Him and his coworkers deserve a raise or even promotions! I have seen poor reviews of this location before, and many of them assume very harsh things about the staff, such as their hobbies to surf or their political opinions based on their race. This is disgusting and appalls me to my core. Reviews like that are biased, racist, bigoted, and provide a bad example for our younger generation. They have no place in 2019! Those who provide a poor review on this location don't need a new pharmacy- they need new medication :) read more

First time I've ever used CVS Pharmacy. I had my doctor's office send my RX to this pharmacy. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window I wasn't greeted, just asked for my name and told to return in 15 min's. When I returned I was asked if I had medical. I let the person know I did and I was told to return in another 15! When I returned I was told that CVS could not look up my medical information with my Aetna medical card I provided them, and that I needed an Aetna RX card. I explained that I've never had that issue with other pharmacies and I was rudely told "sorry, can't look you up" The issue I have with this location is not that they don't have the ability to look up medical info, its their terrible customer service, lack of communication and professionalism. I wasted 40 min's of my time waiting around when I should have been asked from the moment I arrived to pick up the RX if I had medical and what information would suffice. I called the store after returning home and spoke to the Pharmacy manager, Jen. She was not interested in listening to why I was frustrated. Terrible service - will never return. Love Costco's pharmacy, they always have excellent customer service, fast, and professional. read more

My son had 4 impacted wisdom teeth pulled and we went to get his pain meds filled. The lady was down right rude. She told me we would have to wait 2 hours because it is a narcotic. I told her she could call and verify with the surgeon but she just told me they are behind and it wasn't going to happen. I asked to speak to a manager and the Pharmacist, I believe her name was Jennifer, who was far nicer than the rude gal said she just couldn't do anything for me because she was behind; the rude gal literally laughed at me. Then, the rude gal told me they didn't have his medication prescribed in anyway and laughed again. My entire family of 5 who have prescriptions there will no longer use them for anything; not even soap. The pharmacy is always behind and line backed up. They don't care about the human being in major pain so I don't care to support their paychecks any longer. Goodbye CVS. read more

I like this store, don't get me wrong. But they've had more than one employee who I avoided when walking in. When I walk in, I generally have an idea of what I want, and it's not that difficult to find most things. Overall, I just want to be left alone while I decide what I want. I'm not unfriendly, but I want a peaceful shopping experience. I get that managers stress customer service to their employees, but when you make a point to yell, "MA'AM?! MA'AM?! Can I help you find anything?," I find that a bit overzealous. This particular lady would do that as I walked away from her down an aisle, and then loudly ask me AGAIN if she saw me in the store. I don't need any help, or I would ask! Back the heck off! Not to mention the time I had to get a new ATM card because someone stole my info, and I had just a dollar or two less cash than I needed. She loudly said at the register, "That's not quite enough!" No KIDDING. I've spend hundreds here within the year, I'm not broke and trying to spend my last check on some lotion and a lipstick! And then she says, "Oh! But at least you got $5 Beauty Bucks to spend next time!" STFU you overzealous, condescending hag. I had a Care Card coupon for five dollars off a purchase..I took the coupon into the store and when the person was checking out my things I had the coupon in plain sight but he added everything up and ended the transaction. I handed him the coupon and he told me he had terminated the sale already. I told him I wanted to use the coupon anyway, so he painstakingly reversed the sale for every item, had me sign a refund slip, gave me cash back, ran every item through again and then I had to pay him with the cash he had just given me, so I could actually USE the five dollars that they told me I had already earned. One of the items purchased was a candy bar that was two months past expiration date which tasted rancid. Also, there is never more than one or two hand baskets available in the store, so I guess they don't even want you to really shop there. This store is a mess. I won't ever go there again. read more

This pharmacy is UNBELIEVEABLE!!! I recently changed to cvs pharmacy because it was so close to my home. What a mistake that was!! They have zero customer service and the pharm manager suresh was the worst. I have chronic pain from a back injury. I've had 2 surgeries and numerous procedures over the past 12 years. I do take narcotic medication. So I bring them my prescription to get filled. When I left I had this sick feeling, like I had done something wrong. Then I realized it was the girl at the pharm that made me feel that way. As if i was a drug addict.She states it'll take 24 to 48 hrs to fill (wker comp) and I can't get it early. I never asked for it early. So to make a long story short. I go through this several other times. Each time I made an excuse for them. During this time I had 2 more minor surgeries. So the dosage was charged. Up/down I told them this, they were very rude and uncaring. I call to check on a prescription and I'm told again I can't get my meds early. Really! I didn't ask! If you check I'm overdue!! I'm tired of hearing this so I call to speak with the manager. Thinking he will be able to help with issue. I was wrong!!!! He was worse than expected. He tells me due to people asking for their meds early all clients are treated in this fashion. That is cvs proticol. He's doing it by the rule. He's talking over me with his voice raised. I had to finally hang up. I am extremely disappointed in this. In all my years of getting medication. I have new been treated so badly as with this cvs. I am waiting to get in touch with his manager. So let's see what happens. I have since changed to another pharmacy. NOONE SHOULD EVER BE TREATED WITH DISRESPECT AND DEGRADING. read more

Horrible customer service at pharmacy! Took wifes rx in to be filled after her surgery. Was told they did not have the medicine in stock. To save myself time & gas driving around I asked the technician if she could call the other CVS stores to see if they had it. She said no, that it is against company policy because it was a pain medicine, Well, duh, she just got out of surgery! But hello? Help a guy out, don't treat me like a drug addict simply b/c of the type of medicine. I had a valid rx from a local surgeon. And instead of choosing good customer service, you quote company policy at me. Funny thing is, I got the same bs from customer service when I called & the district manager refused to even personally call me b/c "it involved a narcotic". "It is CVS policy not to reveal their narcotic inventory to the public because of security risk". Oh brother. This is a case of company policy failing to see the personal side of things. Please tell me how a local customer with a valid rx from a local surgery center is "the public" or a "security risk". I did not like being treated that way & they have lost my family's business.
