    I was really taken aback by my experience with a checkout associate today. I had my daughter with…read moreme and placed about 12 items on the register, along with my reusable Target bag. When I reached the front, I wasn't greeted at all. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, it's still something I notice. The associate moved my bag to the side and scanned all of my items but didn't place anything into the bag, which I found odd. I looked around and saw other cashiers bagging items as they scanned them for their customers. When she finished, she handed me my receipt and left all of my items sitting there, even though everything easily fit into one bag. I asked if bagging items was no longer part of the process. She responded that they do bag items but said she "has a line," and immediately began ringing up the next customer while bagging their items. I pointed out that bagging is part of the job, but she ignored me. When I asked if she heard me, she said she could bag them, but by then I chose to bag my items myself. It didn't make sense that she used having a line as a reason, especially since bagging items would have kept things moving efficiently. What was more frustrating was that she chose not to bag my items but did so for the very next customer. That felt dismissive and disrespectful. I've shopped at this Target for years and have never had an experience like this. The associate's name was Adrianna. I also spoke with a manager, who mentioned that some customers prefer to bag their own items. However, that explanation doesn't apply when the associate doesn't even ask. The manager also didn't seem particularly apologetic, which is why I'm writing this review. I hope this situation is addressed so other customers don't have a similar experience.

And I seen a large water bottle full of what looked to be off colored orange juice or piss! Then a lovely woman came over and she smelled as the axe body spray my husband wore in the war. I almost hurled my last week turkey sandwich up from a delicious lunch with a side of pickles and coleslaw. It was the most amazing sandwich I had ever gobbled down but then I remembered I was in CVS. She asked me if the bottle was mine and I said no, she then proceeded to pick it up and drink it! She then spat it out at the poor man in the diapers isle. The whole place smelled of piss. It smelled like one of them gas station bath rooms for the public. I was astonished to see the woman laughing! Weird experience never coming back would not recommend.

    This was back in January but my original post got taken down cause someone flagged it…read more I went into pick up a prescription and buy Tylenol, unfortunately I went during their lunch time so I decided to buy the Tylenol while I waited. The bottle was labeled for sale for $4.97. I went up to purchase and I entered my loyalty number and automatically tapped my card as I'm doing so I realized it rang up the original price and I immediately told her wait it was on sale we stopped and did NOT finish the transaction. She used her phone to scam the bottle and it didn't show up on sale either so I said I can show you the label. We left the transaction because again I told her to wait, we walked and she confirmed I grabbed the correct bottle and she would honor the sale price. As we get to the register she tells me she will have to refund me the original price and I said wait we never finished why do I need a refund and she confirmed that the transaction finished! She starts the refund process and tells me it would take the 2 business days for a refund and I said no that's not right that seems like fraud to me I never entered my pin I didn't finish anything. I was getting upset at this point and she says she can call over her manager which she did. She starts to ring up the Tylenol again at the sale price and the manager comes over and I tell him what happened and said that seems like fraud to me that you closed out the transaction even though it never actually finished he told me that it's not fraud and it's a "bug" that their system has. WHAT! I then again say this really seems like fraud and he then says it's not because fraud would be that they knowingly did this to me and again I repeated we stopped the transaction and he then tells the worker to refund me and I said we already did the refund he then tells her to give me cash I told him no I don't feel comfortable I am not the one trying to scam you but it's the principal why do I have to wait the 2-5 business days PLUS repurchase the item and again I believe that had a fraud pushing through that transaction in the first place. (I did get a cash refund plus the atm refund as well)And I said that's F'ing fraud what happened and he tells me to leave if I'm going to continue to swear at him at that point I said this is the calmest I will be. I will add I was not yelling but upset. So he again tells me to leave I said sorry no I will leave once I pick up my prescription and he tells me no you need to leave! I will go talk to the pharmacy and tell them to transfer your prescription. AGAIN WHAT!? I said no I'm not leaving he then refuses to sell me the Tylenol and tells me to leave and asks for my name and I said no and I'm not leaving you can call the cops, I'm going to wait for my prescription. I walk over to the pharmacy that will be open in less than 10 minutes and the manager walks to the pharmacy behind me and I just sit and wait, I'm assuming he is telling them that he wants them to transfer my meds, he then walks away and I said are they going to transfer them and he ignores me. I wait it out honestly waiting for the cops to come and I'm waiting because I've done nothing wrong! (They didn't come) the pharmacy opens and I'm the first one and who I'm assuming the tech is looking at me worried and then looking at the pharmacist then looking at me then she looks a back at him and he walks away for her to deal with me. She then tells me they will not serve me and that I need to leave, I tell her I just want you to send it to another location and again she says we will not serve or send it to another location and I tell her I have 2 infections I just wanted to my meds sent elsewhere. She then tricks me and asks me where I want it sent and I tell her the new location the city, the street she then asks my name and information and medication and I tell her then again said we will NOT send it to another location. I left after that a called cvs cooperative against the manager and the pharmacist. A district manager Cortney called and I missed the call and she NEVER CALED back and the pharmacist complaint was handled by cooperate because according to cvs they were never to deny transferring my meds or asking me to leave.

    Honestly at the store you never know today I got a good and bad experience!…read more As soon as I walked in there they were 3 people, 1 helping a customer in the register the other 2 with no customers. I approached the two with no customer and I asked if I could have a passport picture, the lady (Kathy) without even looking up said to me get in line I asked which line since there were no lines at all nor signs , she got upset as if I'm dumb and say the passport line which I asked where is that line , there was no line... the cashier (Jessica) that was with the customer was free by then and told me they had someone ahead of me nobody was there till later on, I guess they were walking around store while waiting for someone to come and take the picture because they had kids. Jessica was extremely professional and patient with the family that needed passport pictures she took the time to make sure the picture was perfect she was taking pictures of children for their passport that can be very challenging. Honestly Jessica's customer service is a hard 5, however my first impression was really bad based on my experience with Kathy, however I'm glad Jessica helped me with my picture. When I paid a gentleman helped me he was nice too.

When I got there the lady at the cash register was super sweet. I was given my prescriptions, I then got in the car and opened the bags to make sure they were correct. So glad I did because I noticed that one of wasn't even mine as the prescription had someone else's name and it was the medication I was prescribed. I then went back in to let them know and the pharmacist acted like I was lying. They never wanted to admit they made a mistake or anything. Wanted to make it sound like I had my prescription the whole time, but like why would I have someone else's medication on me ?

    I ordered a custom birthday cake from Walmart Bakery and provided a reference photo with very…read morespecific details. The baker was a shorter African American lady with glasses. I understood they didn't have the red ribbon decorations from the inspiration photo, and I specifically told them that was completely fine. However, I emphasized that I wanted the small dainty hearts and the word "seventeen" written in small cursive script, similar to the reference image. Unfortunately, the final cake looked nothing like what I requested. The writing was thick, and not cursive at all. The small hearts I specifically asked for were completely missing. The overall design lacked the delicate, elegant look that was the main reason I chose that inspiration photo in the first place. What was especially disappointing was that while placing the order, the decorator seemed extremely confident that she understood exactly what I wanted. Because of that, my family and I felt somewhat dismissed and hesitant to continue making suggestions or clarifying details. Looking back, I wish we had pushed harder, but we trusted that our request had been understood. I understand that not every cake can be an exact replica, and I wasn't expecting perfection. However, the key design elements I specifically requested--the cursive writing and dainty hearts--were not included at all. For a custom cake order, I expected much closer attention to the details that were discussed. Overall, I was very disappointed with the final result.
