Reggie is super friendly and helpful on the midnight shift. They have improved their nacho cheese sauce and chili making the nachos now desirable. They have these new burritos which are pretty tasty for being microwavable and they look funny because they're flat but trust me they can heat up well, The tortilla stays soft and the meat with green chiles is very flavorful. The owner Sam has hired the best of the best in customer service and Brandon who is currently running the store is always smiling and makes sure the store is immaculate. The store is always clean and presentable and the employees are always kind and smiling. I seriously drive out of my way to go to the 7-Eleven. So excited Sam has decided to open another 7-Eleven in the area because I know it will be exceptional! read more

As far as gas stations go this one is immaculate. It's always clean and when you walk in you are greeted by very warm employees who are eager to help. If you are in need of fresh coffee they will gladly brew it for you. I know this store is family owned and operated and they work very hard to keep it in tip top shape! It's nice to see when someone takes pride in making sure your experience with getting gas or stopping in for a slurpee is a pleasant one. My experience here was absolutely horrible. I came in on Thursday, April 11th, 2019 at around 5:30pm. There were 3 employees in the store and a handful of customers. There was a woman customer arguing with one of the cashier's and then all of a sudden a man (customer as well) started to scream at the woman telling her to shut the f*** up and ending it with the "N" word. He screamed this at her over and over while also screaming at her to get the f*** out of here n****. The woman got irate and spit on the man and he then hurled a box of cookies at her. This was pathetic. I could not believe that this was coming out of this mans mouth and that he was disrespecting this woman so horribly. I was so shocked by this behavior and honestly a little afraid by the way this man acted. I am ashamed that I did not stick up for this woman but I myself did not want him to go off on me. I will never shop at this 7-eleven again after witnessing such a thing and not one employee said a darn word to this man as he continued to scream racial slurs at this woman and also throw something at her. There are an estimated 860,000 ride share drivers in the US. I'm on the letter end of the average cost spectrum, the majority of drivers spend UP TO $600 on gas alone PER WEEK. Needless to say, Lyft and Uber drivers are likely the biggest benefactors to gas stations and convenience stores in California right about now. So, my question is this; why am I going to give my hard earned money to an establishment when I'm driving at 1-2 in the morning, getting people home safely from their bar crawls and, when I stop to fill up, they won't let me use their PUBLIC restroom? There is no sign saying employees only, nothing stating that it is out of order. And, when asked about it, the employee's answer is that the bathroom is closed because "people mess it up." Way to go, Sherlock. You have successfully deduced that the patrons of an average 7-Eleven don't have the greatest aim. But, now you are allowing that to get in the way of possible future business. If you would rather I wet myself than let me use your restroom, then I would rather wet myself than fill up at your gas station. read more

A couple days ago my boyfriend went in to purchase a single backwood and it was tattered and torn so he went back in before even leaving the store to get a new one or refund where the store manager was a complete jerk about it before giving him a new one, now a few days later we went In To purchase a single backwood again and he is refusing us service now.
