I used the self checkout kiosk on the counter. There were two females working, one started on my drink right away. I didn't catch her name. But EVEY, who helped me with the mozzarella bites and marinara sauce was super nice! She was very friendly and had great energy for being at work so early, Lol. She was quick with it and my bites are delicious! It was my first time and the marinara sauce was amazing. Everything was so tasteful. I ordered the 6 piece, which was filling. Can you believe that it has been over three years since I last had Jamba Juice? I remember a time where I would drink one creation almost every week. I wonder why my dedication to it slacked off recently. What brought me back? Simple. My little brother wanted some dessert after eating at In N Out. I didn't know Jamba was dessert to some people but apparently it was. There's not better reason to check a place out when a young child, my brother, has interest in it. Packed in with a bunch of other eateries and shops. Jamba Juice is right by Wingstop and Chipotle and a walk away from the theater, Target, In N Out, and other spots. It's still pretty popular as it was before huh? Come inside to a line with people already sitting down drinking their drinks and others standing around waiting for their own drinks. I order the Razzmatazz no bananas double blended for my little brother. They added in extra strawberries in replacement of the missing bananas. For myself, I ordered the Razzmatazz double blended. Why double blended? Well, another recommendation of my little brother. He says that if you don't do the double blend there will be chunks of fruit that's impossible to get to through the straw. Interesting insight, no? Pretty darn good service. We had a charmer woman take our order. She handed us a card showing us the deals that each day has. She even gave us suggestions for our next visit. I went in jamba today and ordered my drink I specifically stated no banana so after watching the mixers mix everyone who came after me they decided to mix my drink apparently the guy before me ordered the same drink with banana so the mixer shrugs and throws the same drink into my cup and serves it to me! I go outside and take a sip and a chunk of banana flies into my mouth I go back inside only for the cashier to tell me I should of told him I was allergic to banana I told him no need to I specially said No banana!!right when we had the discussion the manager darts to the bathroom and locks herself inside I waited 30 minutes to get her to come out so the other mixer had to remake my drink and no manager can be found!! Today, I came to the Pittsburg store because I was on my way home, and was in the mood to drink Jamba Juice. When I got into the store, I browsed several tumblers and decided to get a metal one (I had the plastic one last time I came in). The cashier was pretty busy doing something, and probably had seen me browsing, so I brought a metal tumbler to the cashier. I requested Peach Perfection. I purchased my drink and tumbler (I was confused because I knew I had to pay for the tumbler, and my first drink would be free with my first purchase of a tumbler). I sat and waited for them to fix my drink. When I got my drink, I was never given a tumbler straw but requested one. The cashier asked if I was given one, but the manager (I'm assuming) told her to give me one. Then off I go, went home and drank...then I opened and saw a label inside my tumbler. I was appalled! They did not wash my tumbler prior to pouring my drink in my new tumbler. Now I feel sick because of this- why didn't they check inside the tumbler to ensure that my tumbler is clean (they washed my plastic one before pouring my drink in). Now I wonder how sanitized this place is from behind the scene? Thank god for the receipt- I normally pitch 'em. I'm calling the corporation tomorrow! read more

I was the first person to utilize their order ahead app and when I walked in, the receipt said not to make my drink even though I paid for it. I had an email conflation, a receipt & I had an obvious deduction from my bank account from Jamba Juice. The main guy, I'm assuming the manager, gave me an 800 number to call which made me really upset since I was on a time crunch and since I had viable proof I paid. Eventually, the receipt finally printed out saying I did, in fact pay and they apologized and made my drink. That was the only mishap I have had at this location. They are always curious, kind and make my drinks in a timely manner. I've done the order ahead app thing a few times because you save $2 off of your drink, which is cool because you can get a large for the price of a small. Who doesn't love that?! Although Im not a huge fan of Jambas smoothies, I do love their "Kale Orange Power" juice and their acai bowls; both are delicious. The staff is always friendly and its never too crowded. They have limited seating inside, but there are tables outside. read more
