This was my first time ordering a birthday cake with Baskin Robbins and I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have this location fulfill the order!!! A few months back, I saw an adorable clown cake on TikTok and instantly knew I'd want to order it for my friend's birthday. Fast-forward, I discovered that this Baskin Robbins offered the clown cake as an option and I couldn't wait! I was a little nervous about ordering since the online picture was a tad different from what I saw on TikTok, so I called in with questions. Let me just say that my phone experience with the staff here was incredibly friendly and easy to speak with -- they were very accommodating with my instruction request and had no issue with me picking up the cake a day later than previously scheduled. Once I arrived for pickup, the baker brought my order out -- he showed me a sneak peek and I was beyond happy with how the cake turned out! It was such a hit at the party; everyone loved how cute/funny it looked. My friend was ecstatic -- he claims that this was the best cake he's ever received in his whole life! I thought about not complaining but I come to this location often and the two times the black young man that helped my daughter and I was sloppy and honestly he gives bad vibes. The first time I asked for a bag and I had two sets of ice cream cups and he told me "yea yea yea". Excuse me? I'm not one of your little friends and where is the professionalism at work? The second time he assisted us he made the ice cream so sloppy that he had to put the smaller cup in a bigger cup which ended up dripping to the bottom of the bigger cup. He handed it to me with ice cream all over the outside. I already knew when I got home it was going to be a mess and it was. The lines were short the customer service was on point. The guy at the front named Alex was very patient and gave us lots of options to try. Ice cream is the normal Baskin Robbins which i love, but there is this one server that is just awful. We ordered a banana split sundae. It took forever and he got the toppings on the wrong scoops. Then he did not put the whipped cream, nuts and cherry, which is standard. It is a sundae! We asked for two spoons since we were sharing and he tried to charge us for 2 sundaes! This is my go to absolute favorite ice cream place- not only because of the ice cream, but because of the staff! I LOVE Michelle who is an awesome manager- of all the years I have been going here, she never ages! The super tall guy ( at least to me) has been there a long time as well and is awesome too! Michelle custom decorated a beautiful cake for my dd's 21st birthday-. My daughter wanted her cake to look like this picture and pretty and looked simple enough, so I asked if they could. It turned out gorgeous and was very professional looking! I am giving another review during Covid so we can SUPPORT our local stores and this is one of our favorites! I saw coupons in the mail and have not seen this in the past so they must be hurting! So I am taking the kids there for ice cream and NOT using the coupons so they are able to make money and keep going! I live in the same block as this Lonetree location but if the little unhappy girl is there I'll drive down Lonetree to John's ice cream. Well tonight my girls were buying for Baskin so we went. Of course the little unhappy girl was there, unhappy as usual. Uggh. As soon as we walk in, before even receiving a greeting she tells out, "just so you know we've stopped making drinks for the night". I was confused because no matter what time we go there were always able to get drinks. It was well before closing. I get she wants to get out of there but some of us just get off of work too and rush home to get our kids to rush there to get drinks before closing. It takes 5 minutes to make drinks. I asked why she wasn't making drinks and she states, RUDELY, our machines are hot and they're going out. They're old. So we grabbed 2 containers of ice cream and paid for them. I turned to give my girls the bag and she RUDELY says, "uh your receipt"! I turned my back for like 2 seconds to pass the bag after paying. Ughh it would be nice to be greeted kindly and appreciated for patronizing the establishment! She is such an unhappy little girl. She should work on her customer service, try smiling. Had to try this Sugar free option and see if it was worth the hype. It really was ! It has a nice heavy coconut flavor but super perfect light sweetness to it. The little frozen Pineapple chunks in it made the texture even more great ! 10/10 really good I liked it a lot. read more

Walked in, no one greeted us. 5 people behind the counter, our turn to order, worker stared at us without saying a word and expected us to know that he's ready. She was loving energetic she help me out with my cake for my daughter's birthday with the great idea. and it wasn't even costly she she showed one on display that was just what I was looking for. Normally my go to place for prepacked ice cream thats 2 for $10. Love the Rocky Road. Decided to make a rating based on my experience there yesterday 4/3/21 at around 5:30pm. My GF and I opened the door and proceeded to walk-in. Almost immediately, a younger heavier african-american male staff send loudly, "wait outside" w/a very rude tone while he was scooping ice cream. The one of customers inside turned around and said sarcastically to us, "apparently there a 6 customer max". I said to her, ok thanks! I closed the door. My gf and i looked at each other and confirmed, was that staff dude rude af or no? We waited for the next customer to leave and proceeded in. Same customer turned around while we waited in line and commented how ride that specific young staff is to customers. I agreed 100% and replied back, "yea, maybe he's tired and his shift is ending? Bad day i guess? Lol" she mentioned," he said that to me too". I. Case the manager reads this, luckily there's a huge imbalance of super nice staff to help this rude dude's behavior and treatment to customers. He was not directly helping customers and appeared he was preparing a door dash bag, thats good! Manager, plz talk the staff person and give me tips and more training opportunities to become more customer friendly. He needs more skills! He coulda said, "hello, welcome to BR, we're at capacity right now. If you kindly wait outside for a few minutes, we'll get you going asap, thanks!" Or even, hi welcome to BR, if u could plz wait til the next customer leaves, we're just at capacity " that woulda helped out way more! Anyway, when it was our turn, we were happily greeted by younger white male w/our needs and appreciated his efforts w/help. Manager, give THAT staff props! He's about 5'10" and skinny. I couldn't help myself. It was so damn hot today, I went to Baskin Robbins after my morning workout. Yup. I'm a fatty. A fatty who's trying to say cool in this hellish weather! No worries. My workout didn't go completely to waste. I only got a regular soft serve cone for 88 cents. I thought it was going to be this dinky serving for that amount, but I watched the lady swirl and swirl and swirl my cone....I thought to myself, "When will the madness stop?!?" The swirl ended up being about 5 inches tall. For 88 cents, that's a steal in my book. I was happy and cool. Having an extra 4 bucks in my pocket was the real treat. read more

Wow this store was amazing went here 8/27/21 and I had such great customer service given to me. I was help by a black women. She was awesome. She made the best freeze I ever had.
