Two employees were actually looking at us and wouldn't say anything, they were cleaning and the other one What's making drinks us to go I guess. There is virtually no customer service. Speaking of virtual, you order and pay at a kiosk. 1 kiosk. If you want to modify, forget about it. The entire process is frustrating and takes forever. If the person in front of you is struggling, everyone behind has to suffer. So inefficient ! The workers don't want to ring you up or help. They just 'expect' you to figure it out. Note: If any of the ingredients are missing, that entire smoothie will not be available as an option. For example, if the smoothie comes with a "boost" and they are out, ordering the smoothie without a "boost" is not an option. Terrible. Lastly, after enduring all the headache it takes to order at the kiosk, it prompts for a tip. The audacity. Understandable why this place is losing market share. read more

Understand this can happen as their music is loud (like other Jamba juice) and they may not have heard correctly. Horrible experience. Imagine a sweat shop in midsummer. I feel awful for their employees. Kids working for minimum wage and under such poor conditions. It is hot and the stench from the fruits warming up in the heat makes it worse. We ordered at 3:30 and we waited For our order til 4pm. Also, 3 others that arrived after us waited less than 5 minutes and they weren't phone orders.
