If I had to say anything about it I'd have to start at the vibe and level of uplifting mood this place gave me. The service was amazing and fast we were at the place for about less than 5 minutes. The amazing worker working at the walk up window was more than happy and extremely patient when helping me as it was my first time ordering from this chain. I love their drinks! My favorite is the cookie freeze with oatmilk and it's so bomb! They make it perfect every time! When we went, there was a couple of cars in front of us, but we didn't wait too long to order and get our drinks! The staff is always smiling and friendly and attentive to our orders! I like how they have 2 lines to order. I just wish I could add and customize my mobile order online. That's the only reason why I don't mobile order. We all want to customize and add oatmilk in our mobile order, but the online mobile order system doesn't let us! Other than that, overall great experience! I decided to treat myself to a dutch bros which I haven't had in months as I've been on a health kick and have been making my own coffees at home. My usual is the annihilator, however I was always under the impression that their drinks were high cal and full of sugar. However, I was surprised to find a good selection of drinks that align with my nutrition goals, such as protein or zero sugar! I was so excited to find the "Annihilator Zero Sugar Added" which came out to 190 cals vs 280 cals for a small. I placed my order for a 9AM pick up, drove over, and was pleased to see the plenty of parking available along with the very small crowd. I walked up to their pick-up window and waited for a moment to finally get my orders. The girl that gave me my order was very pleasant, and I honestly loved the little drawing on my cup. My drink was immaculate, I honestly wouldn't even be able to tell the difference between the sugar free version from the regular (probably because my homemade coffee is mid, lol) but my first sip was delish and I was just so stoked to have some tasty yet low cal coffee. I plan to come back sometime to try the other zero sugar / protein drinks on their menu another time. Super excited to have a Dutch Bros closer to my area. Made it to the grand opening for this location, surprisingly the wait was not bad at all. I used the drive thru; there are two lanes and it blends to one after placing your order with a staff member. I ordered a Medium ice golden eagle chai with strawberry soft top, and caramel (my daughter told me to try this), but I think I will stick to the basics next time. I didn't really like the soft top- it was too thick for me. But overall service was great, waiting time was fast. I hope to visit next time and get a simple drink :) read more

I've given this location several chances due to its convenient proximity, but there is always an issue. They consistently skimp on ingredients, as if it's coming directly out of their paycheck. The drive thru says choose the shortest line yet even if you choose the shortest line they will take the car who got there after you order before yours? I waited for more than 10 minutes and a car pulled in after me and there order was taken right away which upset me bc I was waiting patiently for my order to be taken and felt like I was getting cut in line? First time ever waking up early to go to a Dutch grand opening! Got there early and there was already so many cars. I noticed the cars were lined up the wrong way but I had to get in line anyways to secure my spot lol my anxiety was going up because I had when things seem like they are not going to go smooth but two team members (not sure if they were the owners) came out and did such an amazing job of organizing us and making sure no one lost their place in line. I was so happy, my anxiety went down knowing that they were being super organized. They even came around and gave us stickers while we waited in line! They opened on time (4:30) and I was like the 20+ car in line and I was out of there by 4:50? Idk how they did it but it was a great experience. I had a horrible experience at this location. My order was not taken due to lanes merging I was told by the Barrista that I had "cut the line". The manager KAYDENA refused to take my order when I got to the window and instead of offering to do so she said she would call the police for trespassing. At this time I had my 4 year old son in the vehicle and he became upset he began to cry once he heard "police". It is very upsetting to have had waited in line approximately 20 minutes and had been told that I instead needed to get back in the line. I was in line hoping to order a kids hot Cocoa cos it's my sons favorite drink and a large iced American Eagle. I do believe that this experience could've had been handled in a much more profesional way than to had immediately mentioned getting the police called if I did not move. I hope the cameras are checked as this incident occurred on 1/2/26. read more

The first time, I was deciding between two drinks and asked the cashier which one she recommended. I went with her suggestion, but after trying it, I realized I really didn't like the taste. I politely asked if I could switch to a different drink, but was told no because of the store's policy. While I understand that policies exist, I later called the customer service number listed on their social media to confirm that this was indeed their policy. Instead of addressing my question, the person I spoke with seemed more concerned about asking, "How did you get this phone number?" That interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive. My second visit wasn't much better. My friend and I walked in, and the cashier didn't greet us or acknowledge that she'd be with us shortly. She was making another drink, looked over at us, then looked away, and we waited about five minutes without any acknowledgment. When the customer she was helping came up to pick up their drink, she took the time to have a brief conversation with them while we continued waiting to order. When she finally came over, there was no apology for the wait or even a simple "Hi, how are you?"--just, "What can I get you?" The coffee may be good, but customer service plays a big role in the overall experience. Based on my two visits, I think there's a lot of room for improvement in how customers are welcomed and treated. Unfortunately, these interactions have made me hesitant to return.

Chef Erin came out to greet us and asked how our experience has been, kindly asking for feedback to improve on and explaining all the details/thought put into the tearoom. I'm writing to express my disappointment with my experience during the grand opening at your new location today. I was genuinely excited to attend and support your team, but unfortunately, the visit left me feeling frustrated, embarrassed, and ultimately disheartened. At the event, there were numerous employees stationed outside, presumably to help manage the flow of drive-thru traffic. However, rather than providing direction, many appeared to be engaged in conversation with each other. This created a sense of confusion for customers like myself, especially given that there were multiple drive-thru lanes and no clear instruction about which vehicle to follow. As a result of the lack of guidance, I found myself unsure of where to go next. While I was sitting in my car trying to figure things out, another customer beside me rolled down her window and made a rude and completely unprovoked comment about my appearance -- specifically targeting the confused expression I had due to the unclear setup. This interaction was deeply upsetting and something I believe could have been easily prevented with clearer communication and staff attentiveness. What should have been a fun and exciting moment turned into one that negatively impacted my self-esteem and ruined the rest of my day. I hope that, moving forward, more care is taken to ensure all customers are treated with respect and given clear instructions, especially during high-traffic events like a grand opening. I am writing to formally report an unacceptable customer service experience at this location. During my visit on March 19th, I encountered an issue involving another customer who attempted to cut in line ahead of me. The individual identifying herself as a "shift lead" handled the situation in a highly unprofessional manner. Without listening to my side or attempting to fairly assess the situation, she chose to deny me service outright. Additionally, she inappropriately discussed the situation with another customer, which is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a clear lack of proper training and professionalism. A supervisor or shift lead should remain neutral and work to de-escalate situations--not escalate them or take sides. When I requested her name, she refused to provide it. She also refused to provide the name or availability of a supervisor, stating she would not share that information. This lack of accountability and transparency is extremely concerning, especially from someone acting in a leadership capacity. Furthermore, this location appears to allow customers to cut ahead in line, which creates confusion and frustration for those who are waiting appropriately. This reflects poorly on overall management and operational standards. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I expect that this complaint will be taken seriously, that proper training will be reinforced, and that appropriate action will be taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers. read more
