I think they need an extra person, no one should be working alone (even if it's slow). The place was cute. They have mini chairs along the wall. There were a lot of advertisements from locals which was cool and cute decor overall. A lot of different variety of flavors. I picked Cookie Monster and it was hella good. The waffle cone wasn't that great, something was off? Maybe it was stale? Wasn't that sweet.

In the past, water was available in small jars, but now it's set up in a larger dispenser. After ordering ice cream, we went to grab some water, but it had run out. I let the staff member in front know, and she kindly explained that they were out, which I completely understood. However, another staff member suddenly commented that there was no water and that if I wanted some, I should buy and pay for it. It was a bit surprising--not because of the policy, but because of the tone, which came across as a bit harsh. Maybe she was just having a bad day, which I can understand, but the delivery didn't feel very welcoming. I want to emphasize that I have no issue paying for water at all; in fact, I planned to go back to the car after ice cream to get water since we parked nearby. It was just the way it was said that didn't sit well. I didn't say anything at the moment since I understand everyone can have off days, but I do think consistency in how customers are spoken to is important--others might not take that tone as lightly. When I sat down, another staff member came over and offered my family water. If you happen to read this--thank you. Your kindness really meant a lot to us. Yogurt Island in the next parking lot was open an additional hour so we went there instead and that has been our go-to ever since even though Guanatos is closer to my home.
