They have almost everything you need to cook a meal. I say almost because they don't have a lot of international food selection. But when I'm in need of simple seasoning or ingredients I know I can go to Raley's. This is also a place to find seasonal items for holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. Plus they have friendly service and show love for the community!

Where's the pastrami?

Asked for a pastrami sandwich... not a vegetable sandwich. Wish they didn't skimp on the meat! Still tastes good though.

Purchased their premade prime rib dinner for Christmas at the Raleys in Antioch. The cost was $100. The meat was definitely not prime rib, it was overcooked, tough, and my guests laughed and refused to eat it. Spent $100 on a dinner I am giving to my dogs. Here is a picture of what they claimed was a prime rib. Here is a picture of what they advertised. Am posting to all the Raley's sites so people are aware of their FALSE ADVERTISING! Also bought their precooked turkey for $40 and it was nothing more than the butterball precooked turkey you can buy at Safeway frozen foods for under $30. Again, FALSE ADVERTISING!

Every visit I come home to find yet another item miss charged. It adds up! Not to mention I buy things because they're on sale....

The prices are always wrong in the bakery!! First scones were labeled $3.99 but charged $4.99 now angel food cake minis labeled $3.99 but charged $4.99.. Worst bakery dept! Another visit and another few items miss charged. My 3 stars are for the nice ladies who work at night and the good selection overall! Come on RALEYS. Handle the people who tag and price the bakery items!

There was literally one person at the register. 3 "baggers" standing around and a line of at least 7 customers waiting. This is really ridiculous! The girl called for additional backup for nearly 10 minutes before someone came up to help her. This place needs to invest in self checkout or train people to be on the register instead of standing around doing nothing. If I could give it 0 stars I would

The best fried chicken and potato wedges in town. Not greasy at all. They have amazing customer service as well.

Nice cashiers & managers but slowwwww lines and clearly understaffed. No self checkout either. No lines for 9-10 items or less.

On April 25th I ordered the requisite ingredients from my local BevMo. Shortly after I received…read moreboth a text and email that my order was ready. Count me impressed, that was prompt! The family had dinner and afterwards I had a few errands to run with the kids that took us by BevMo. Usually a pickup takes all of 2 minutes at BevMo, but today went about as wrong as it could. I walked into BevMo, kids in tow and walked up to the order pickup area. There was one other customer waiting there. After a minute or two a staff member walked up, asked my name, looked at his scanner device, and then walked off. I looked down at my phone and tapped "on my way" for my next stop, a pickup at Target. Over the next few minutes this staff member packed a few to go orders, walked over a few aisles and retrieved a bottle from a locked cabinet for a customer and brought it to the register, walked back and continued to pack pick up order bags. My phone dinged which led me to discover that we had been standing there, me and my two little kids, for about 15 minutes. The staff member walked back to the pickup area, and I said "Excuse me, can you please tell me what is happening here? We've been here for 15 minutes for a pickup order. What's the hold up?" The staff member responded that there were only two people working and I would just have to be patient. "I already have a notification that my order was ready, what exactly am I waiting for?" This is when the staff started to gaslight me, telling me that I was mistaken and arrived too early and I just had to wait. He then stormed off to continue to pack to go orders. He returned, by this time there were 5 or 6 people waiting. The staff member acknowledged a woman who recently walked up and started to work on her pickup order. So I asked "Is anyone running this place? Where is the manager?" The staff member ignored me, but suddenly two staff members who had been wandering around the store arrived in the order pickup area. I asked again and one of the staff said the manager was at lunch. I said "this is ridiculous, I have been standing here for 25 minutes now, this other gentleman was here before me, why are you helping someone who just walked up? Where is my pickup order? My email said it was ready four hours ago." At this point the staff member finished helping the new arrival and walked over to a shelf and pulled a bag with my order in it and brought it over and started working on his tablet. While he was working he looked up at his colleagues and muttered some comment all I caught was "bottles" and "kids" he laughed, I said "excuse me?!" to the staff member who continued to ignore me. His coworker's eyes went big and a look of panic flashed across her face as she looked back and forth between her colleague and myself. At long last, I was given the merchandise and able to leave. All in all, around 25 minutes of some of the rudest treatment I have ever experienced.
