I ordered a salted caramel cold brew, but it tasted nothing like salted caramel. The latte was also extremely watery and tasted more like milk than a latte. What concerned me most was the hygiene. While working, one of the staff members was petting a customer's dog. She then went directly back to work without washing her hands. I found this particularly concerning when handling drinks and food. The long wait, poor quality of the drinks, and hygiene issue made this a very disappointing visit.
