Every time I come to this location I get the best customer service and the stores always really clean. Today I was helped by a girl named Maraam F. I'm just blown away by her customer service. I actually feel so genuinely sorry for the staff who has to work through the heat, there's no AC inside the store Even just waiting the 10 minutes inside for my drink made me very uncomfortable, it was very stuffy and hot. I couldn't imagine having to work a full shift. The staff very obviously looked fatigued and hot, what type of manager lets this slide you have a big corporate business running a very successful location (it was packed) and yet have no AC. Just bonkers to me. Regardless though the smoothies were great, staff is crushing it and was quick despite being baked alive in an air fryer. Came into this store and saw the promotion outside that said 2$ off when its raining. Checked out on the computer which did not offer the $2 off. Asked Maraam the person on shift if they could adjust that and they said it had to be "actively raining". I advised her to walk outside if she wanted to feel that it was indeed raining. She said there was nothing she could do. I asked for the manager and she said the manager would not be back until mid January. I will be contacting corporate to file a complaint. read more

If you're legit out of actual bowls, that should be a decision made by the customer if they are willing to have ingredients in a cup instead. 30% chance you'll get a good drink made the right way. They don't seem to follow the recipe and kinda just wing it. Several times our drinks weren't right or hardly any flavor (it seriously makes you think you have Covid I have freaked and said we need to leave). I often get smoothies because of my stomach problems but Jamba Juice is more of a treat since some sort of frozen dessert is added to most. I wish this location stuck to the recipes. The store location needs some attention by management. The store needs deep cleaning. Floors and counters are not clean. Garbage cans has tons of dirt and spilt food on the outside of the can which seems to never be clean. They do not seem to carry other selling products in the cooler for customers to choose from. Their display cases for other products are empty along with no gift cards to purchase. They lack any type Of friendly demeanor when customers arrive to order. I have been to others and this is not the Jamba Juice way. They won't even bother to do any juice drinks (I.e carrot or orange). No oatmeal. Basically you can only order smoothies, expect the menu to be limited. I've many attempts in ordering juices here but there's always some lame excuse for them not to make it or be able to make it. I ordered a chunky strawberry bowl and specifically asked for blueberries as one of the TOPPINGS instead of strawberries. I love coming to Jamba Juice especially on a hot day. When walking in the smell of citrus hits your nose, and this location is very clean and welcoming. I placed my order with minimum wait time. All drinks went down the trash. And before anyone says anything about it melted on the 5 min drive, I've had DoorDash deliver to my work before from a 10 min away store.
