I haven't been here in the store in years and decided to get it delivered to me tonight.A delicious plant based mango smoothie that was vibrant in taste and healthy. I didn't even know you had vegan smoothies which is perfect for me right now as a vegan. There is very few vegan friendly restaurants or stores in this area so I am grateful. I actually feel so genuinely sorry for the staff who has to work through the heat, there's no AC inside the store Even just waiting the 10 minutes inside for my drink made me very uncomfortable, it was very stuffy and hot. I couldn't imagine having to work a full shift. The staff very obviously looked fatigued and hot, what type of manager lets this slide you have a big corporate business running a very successful location (it was packed) and yet have no AC. Just bonkers to me. Regardless though the smoothies were great, staff is crushing it and was quick despite being baked alive in an air fryer. Seriously this was some nike sweatshop type of environment. Not sure if ill come back, id rather go somewhere else with AC. Not cool for us guests or the poor staff. read more

Came into this store and saw the promotion outside that said 2$ off when its raining. Checked out on the computer which did not offer the $2 off. Asked Maraam the person on shift if they could adjust that and they said it had to be "actively raining". I advised her to walk outside if she wanted to feel that it was indeed raining. She said there was nothing she could do. I asked for the manager and she said the manager would not be back until mid January. I will be contacting corporate to file a complaint. read more

You ask for $32 for a bowl which was $11 and a protein shake that was $11 and the rest was fees, yet you can't even provide a good filled bowl. It is half empty which probably cost you $2.00 to make. Quick service on a hot day is the only reason for 3 stars. I purchasex a acai bowl and it came in a cup??? Did I miss something on the BOWL advertisement hanging throughout the store? I wasn't please picking up a cup with acai bowl ingredients and a short ass spoon to eat it. If this is what $9 will give me in the future, NO THANK YOU! If you're legit out of actual bowls, that should be a decision made by the customer if they are willing to have ingredients in a cup instead. Be up front, dont make that decision for your customers just to make a sale. read more

The store location needs some attention by management. The store needs deep cleaning. Floors and counters are not clean. Garbage cans has tons of dirt and spilt food on the outside of the can which seems to never be clean. They do not seem to carry other selling products in the cooler for customers to choose from. Their display cases for other products are empty along with no gift cards to purchase. They lack any type Of friendly demeanor when customers arrive to order. I have been to others and this is not the Jamba Juice way. This is the only location in Antioch and the owner/manager should take more pride in delivering a better presentation for customers to visit. read more

30% chance you'll get a good drink made the right way. They don't seem to follow the recipe and kinda just wing it. Several times our drinks weren't right or hardly any flavor (it seriously makes you think you have Covid I have freaked and said we need to leave). I often get smoothies because of my stomach problems but Jamba Juice is more of a treat since some sort of frozen dessert is added to most. I wish this location stuck to the recipes. If you also have allergies to foods it's scary because the mix up the products as well. My non dairy custom smoothie ended up getting dairy put in. read more

They won't even bother to do any juice drinks (I.e carrot or orange). No oatmeal. Basically you can only order smoothies, expect the menu to be limited. I've many attempts in ordering juices here but there's always some lame excuse for them not to make it or be able to make it. Don't know if this is a reflection on the staff or the manager for not placing orders for supplies needed to operate a smoothie bar. read more

This use to be a good spot to get jamba but my last visit was literally my last. I ordered a chunky strawberry bowl and specifically asked for blueberries as one of the TOPPINGS instead of strawberries. Instead, the employees made the mix with blueberries and left the strawberries on top all while talking crap about me and my order (as well as another customer who asked for her a smoothie a specific way) thinking I wouldn't hear them. Their customer service is trash and they're very disrespectful. Not just to me, but to everyone else who ordered that day too. read more

I ordered 5 smoothies today to go. I live not even 5 min away. Every drink was soooo watered down and tasteless I almost thought I had Covid and lost my taste. My brother tried to warn me of this location and that every time he goes here the drinks are trash. However, I didn't want to drive all the way to the Pittsburg store. I wish I had. All drinks went down the trash. And before anyone says anything about it melted on the 5 min drive, I've had DoorDash deliver to my work before from a 10 min away store. I fully expected those to be watered down but they were nowhere near as bad as these drinks. Do yourself a favor and go to any other location. The people are always nice, but I need the quality to get back up to the standard I have come to expect from a Jamba smoothie. read more

I love coming to Jamba Juice especially on a hot day. When walking in the smell of citrus hits your nose, and this location is very clean and welcoming. I placed my order with minimum wait time. I am sad they no longer have burn it as a boost so I choose not to add anything to my kale-ribbean breeze drink and my sister-friend ordered a raspataze. I ordered a large Peanut Butter Bonanza ($11.86), which I enjoyed last time. When I asked to enter my phone number for rewards points, the man helping me (who said he was the owner) told me I could enter it after paying. That didn't make sense, and there was no option to enter my number afterward. It felt rushed and dismissive. Customer service was also lacking -- no greeting before I ordered my smoothie, no smile, and no thank you when I picked up my order. He placed the smoothie on the counter and walked away without offering a straw or saying anything. The smoothie was good, but the experience wasn't welcoming. Not sure I'll be back.
