Writing a review because of the LAST time I was at this location. I've come many times before & my only complaint was the wait on days that weren't busy BUT last week was the worst. Not only did it seem like it took them forever with my order when it wasn't busy, the quality of the smoothies & acai bowl SUCKED! Stopped by Jamba Juice this morning just after 7 a.m. and there was just one employee working- I can't recall her name but she also works at chipotle :) - anyways, we received 5-star service. She was very attentive and patiently waited for my mom and I to make up our minds on what to order. She gave us suggestions, answered our questions and was an overall delight. We were the only customers at the time and felt that we got exceptional service. We hadn't been to a Jamba in years and decided to switch it up from our usual Starbucks trip after the gym and we were happy to see all the new healthy options- especially the protein smoothies that you can add an additional protein boost to! I ordered the PB Chocolate Love with a whey protein boost and almond milk instead of regular milk, my mom ordered oatmeal with coconut and honey and we were both very pleased. read more

Hit or miss. We ordered smoothies. What they gave us was melted slush. They obviously added too much liquid. I returned them. The girl had asked me how long ago we had ordered them before we tried to return them and I told her less than 5 minutes and it was slush. I feel like it was a loaded question designed to make it seem like it was our fault that the drinks were melted when we got them...stupid question to be honest. A few minutes later one of the employees told us that they can't make my drink because they just cleaned the juicer for the night and they don't wanna do it again before they close. Keep in mind we came in 1:30 hour before closing. My s/o used to work here and she told me that they gave us a bs excuse and simply didn't wanna do it. This place is in a large shopping center but parking is pretty tight here. I recommend parking further out. There is outside seating which I love because people bring their dogs and it seems very relaxing. This place is similar to other Jamba Juice's a little small inside. Service goes pretty fast here and they are very helpful. The waffles here are super good and smoothies are filled to the top. Can't complain pretty good overall. My mother and I just went to jamba on 5/30 around 4 and I am is disbelief about the "amount" of drink we got. First we only go there on Thursdays because of there special if you got a medium they did a free upgrade to large so we ordered a medium but the girl who rang us up didn't mention anything and I looked around for the "special" sign for what days and couldn't find one. Then the guy behinds us gets a large and she tells them that they will change him for a medium for there "special". So after I walk up and ask and tell her my confusion about it and she offered to upgrade both the drinks to larges. Well they make mine first and over filled my cup and cleaned it but then pours my moms and they filled it just a little over half way. For some reason, whenever I have a tall Orange Dream Machine from Jamba, it takes me back to my high school days when my friends and I thought we were so cool to walk down the street in our rolled up Catholic school girl uniform skirts and polo shirts to flirt with the guys that worked at Jamba. My, times have changed.... I went in to this particular Jamba Juice to get the same Orange Dream Machine I've gotten since I was 14 years old. My boy was texting me, requesting that I bring some sustenance to the gym before our hour conditioning class. His ideal being a piece of bread. My ideal being a 16 ounce Orange Dream Machine. The lady at the counter said she was giving away free flatbreads. Perfect timing! I requested the smokehouse chicken flatbread. I added a couple bucks in the tip jar just for the giveaway. My boy scarfed down the flatbread within a few seconds. He managed to show his gratitude with a bear hug and a BBQ chicken and sweet corn scented kiss. The lunch of champions is this: A Peach Pleasure Smoothie and a Parmesan Pretzel. My toddler son had just learned to walk and use a straw in the prior two weeks so we needed an good on the go lunch. Service was fast and extremely nice. Jamba Juice must stress good customer service because I've never had a bad experience. This place was busy with all kinds of people hanging out. Yes, its a chain business but you know what? Jamba still has the best smoothies. Like any other Jamba, the flavors are great and hopefully you get a good smoothie maker who doesn't make your drink too watery or too chunky. There are 3 or 4 tables with a few chairs and also some seating outside. If someone in your party is not a fan of the fruity goodness in a Jamba, there's also a Starbucks right next door. My only peeve is that it can get suuuper crowded and the service just seems a bit on the slow side. Some of the employees seem to enjoy their job and then there's the couple that just look like they'd rather shove a rusty nail in their eye (that's a horrible visual). I'm not usually one to review large and well-known chains, but this particular Jamba Juice is something special. First, Cheri is an excellent manager, and their whole team is on point. It's the friendliest Jamba Juice I've ever visited which is saying a lot (Jamba Juice as a whole is known for friendliness.) If you talk with the team members and get to know them, they will remember you! They know my name and my order, folks. Super awesome. As for summer wait times? Not that bad. I like Jamba but what I don't like is a cashier that doesn't say "thank you" when I offered a tip, and instead of putting it in the tip cup like I asked, he put it in a drawer under the front counter. Now why would someone do that unless he planned on pocketing it later instead of sharing it with the other two employees in the store?
