Went in today to try their bowls. I was a regular vitality bowl lover but lately they have been slacking in customer service and the bowls have been so/so. What a nice experience today with Jamba. The young girl who helped me was so nice and when I ordered the island bowl no bananas. She offered a substitute of strawberries at no charge. Vitality bowl, charged me last time for a substitution. I'm lactose intolerant, so I asked for the smoothie I got to be made with Soy instead of 2% and soy protein instead of whey. When my drink came out tasting awful I took it back. I get this drink every day at the store by my house and they make it right all the time! When I explained to the girl at the front what I wanted she just proceeded to argue with me about my drink and said that it was going to taste weird with taking out all the dairy. I used to work for Jamba Juice, so I know that's not true. I know it's a pain to have people come back and get their drinks remade, but I thought she made her store look terrible by arguing with me instead of remaking it without a problem. read more

Every time I come here it's a long wait, even though barely anybody is in there. Always trash on the floor. They forget to do your whole order. I went in yesterday for a "mango go go" and a "pomegranate smoothie bowl" around 7:00 pm, the smoothie was very delicious but I was disappointed when I was eating the bowl because the worker under the name of Ian Panela added ginger to my bowl. I hadn't been to a Jamba Juice in awhile, so I brought my dollar off coupon and decided to splurge. I have to say I was shocked at how they have let this place go. The girl taking orders was so intent on gossiping with a friend it was really rude. Then the customer she was gossiping with walks behind the counter and starts making her own food in the ovens, licking her fingers the whole time and wiping her hands on her shorts! It's extremely frustrating, during the state-wide Covid19 shelter in place order, that Jamba Juice is putting corporate profits ahead of concerns for community health. Not only is Jamba Juice a questionable essential business in the first place, but they are not actively enforcing social distancing in their stores. Yesterday, the store was packed with customers in line and those waiting for their smoothies. At a minimum, they should take steps to limit the number of customers that can come into the store at one time. The only discernible measure they have taken is to remove most of the tables and chairs from the public area. Both the corporate office and the store manager should get a clue. I will not patronize this business again! read more

Okay so, I will admit I think they need improvement on how fast they make their drinks and it seems to always be slow because of them always being short staffed. But I'm not gonna give them less of a review for it, I come here knowing that it's slow because the customer service is great quality & my drinks are always delicious so it's worth the wait. Why does it take 40 minutes to get a drink? I've waited with a group of other people for a very long time. It doesn't seem like some of their staff knows how to multi task. Young unprofessional staff. Went to this location during my lunch. Had a badge on and all. Staff gave the two people who came after me their drinks before giving my husband his drink. Which was sitting in the blender. When I asked for his drink. They moved the drink to another blender. Then ANOTHER blender. All while talking to a customer. Snobby service here! I don't understand, its just a Jamba Juice. Well, went on their website and found $1.00 off coupon. sounded great to me, printed out several and kept them in my car. Whenever I was on the road and craving one, I would use one of the coupons at the closest Jamba I could find. Well, went to this location and the guy behind the counter, who was in his mid to late 30s, scolded me for not being able to read the expiration date (the coupon was on the website, go ahead and log on if you don't believe me!), I informed him that it was never a problem elsewhere, but he refused to honor it (the date was on there, maybe in font size 2, but it was there!). "Well, they must not be doing their job!" was his response. REALLY? Paid full price because I wanted my smoothie, but long and behold, go to another one three days later in Marysville, and get told that since its on the website, they'd honor it even though the date was hard to read w/o a magnifying glass. Overall, Jamba is great, but this location SUCKS! read more

Also, if the people that work there would start greeting nicely and maybe try smiling when you approach to order that would make it better as well.
