I purchased the subscription and after going weekly to let them know that the wash isn't washing the front back or sides they say ok they have a technician coming. 2 months now it's still the same. What a horrible customer service. I walked in the place to get a pack of cigarette there was one African-American older lady named Rachel that works there. She was helping another customer so I waited to be helped. She came to me asking how can I help you I was like can I get this kind of cigarette I didn't hear her saying how many so I was like that kind. She goes yelling I said how many I said sorry I didn't hear you only one. Then she asks me for my Id now I have no problem giving her my id but what I have problem with the way she ask for it she was horribly rude. This location is the WORST chevron I have ever visited! I will do everything in my power to spread the word using my 300,000 followers! The 12 year old they left to work behind the register has no business being left on his own! He told me cannot refund me my $10 after, once again malfunctions at their car wash! Yet he refunded he guy in front of me in car wash ! He continued helping people,instead of telling the guests as they continued to stream in. WOOOOW. I don't think I've ever encountered a more rude clerk at a gas station. So I'm a smoker. I came in just to buy a pack of cigarettes. I come here all the time for gas, but this day I needed to walk in. This lady--a middle aged African American woman--was definitely not looking to make friends. She asked me for ID (I'm 38 years old) and I threw out my usual dad-joke, removed my hat to reveal my bald ass head and joked "how's this?". Instead of the usual half hearted chuckle and "sorry, they make me run the actual card", I got, "SIR--I NEED TO SEE YOUR ID!" I tried to laugh it off as I reached for my wallet and gave her a "wow you're not in the mood for jokes are you?" And I kid you not she full on repeated herself --this time yelling, "SIR! I NEED RO SEE YOUR ID!" Good lord, lady. By this time she had created a line of five people behind me, all waiting for this bald, tatttooed, wedding ring-sporting middle aged man to try and diffuse a hostile clerk. Needless to say I left with a final "Sorry for being friendly!!!" DO NOT USE THE CARWASH!! I have a two month old car which wasn't very dirty when I went in and the sides were equally as dirty when I came out. That fine layer of dust that easily came off when I ran my finger over it. Looking at other reviews, I see that it has been a problem for a long time and it looks like the owner isn't interested in fixing it. I literally watched a line, from the back of it where one person was ringing people up and the other was doing inventory behind the counter... at 4pm on a Saturday! Idiots. The only Chevron I go to when in the area. This location is right at the cut of between Brentwood and Antioch. Easy entrance to the highway 4 freeway. Many stores and banks around the area as well! It rarely gets busy here and tons of gas pumps. If you ever have to walk in for service all the cashier and workers seem to be very helpful. They have a bathroom at this location A+ for that and they are always clean! Gas as of May 2015 is $3.75 (plus don't forget to use your Safeway reward points) they do seem to help at the end of the day! read more

Yay: They have f'real smoothie/milkshakes. In case you don't know what that is, they have little mini pint of frozen delicious in a freezer section. Take one out, pop off the top, and you place it in their special blender and it makes it to the most perfect consistency. This thing is a deal at $2.49. (http://www.freal.com) They have my favorite Rockstars (Recovery in lemonade, grape, orange) Nay: $4.21/gallon. Grand total to fill my Civic: a little over 50 bucks. The drive thru car wash is terrible. I was completely disappointed. It did not remove the dirt on my bumper or along the lower half of the sides. I paid $8 for car wash & $1.75 for vacuum. Vacuum ran out before I finished with it. I prefer FAST TRACK CAR WASH in Tracy next to Costco. For $7 you get a great car wash plus unlimited time at the vacuum, no extra charge. read more

The staff here is always friendly, but they really need to do something about the bums who constantly harass people for money. I had to call the cops on one because the guy was starting to get violent. I been going here for my morning coffee before work, 5 days a week for 3 years now. The overnight employee Mart is great! Always has the coffee hot and ready by 4am. Of his days off the service is horrible! The management and employee is always changing. Two times a week I'm finding myself being denied a hot cup of coffee that helps me start my day off. So some lady got $20 of my gas and the cashier wouldn't pay for it even tho it was HER SCREW UP. I've always preferred Chevron gas stations. But the employees here are extremely unprofessional. Standing there carrying on their conversations and ignoring the fact that there are customers at the counter then dont even say anything to you just grab the product out of your hand to scan. This gas station is the worst I walked in June 19th at 3:50 pm and there was a line of customers before me one customer purchased his lottery tickets he explained to the idiot guy cashier jose what tickets he wanted and the idiot could not get his order right so the customer just took what the idiot could understand and walked out. then I'm next I said CAN I HAVE 40 ON 10 PLEASE he responded back 10 right I said yes just walked out I thought to myself he did not ask me for receipt but I was fine without it so I walked to my pump and select my gas and nothing I pressed the button to say can you please turn on the pump on 10 some girl comes out looks at the pump and sees there was 33.78 on the pump she said let me go tell him to give you your change for that 40 you put on 10 no not what I said i haven't got any gas at all so I walked in the station talked to the idiot guy and said why haven't you started 10 he says no you told me 2 I said look I need 40 on 10 or my 40 in cash back what's it going to be he said someone used up 25 of your 40 on pump 2 there is nothing I can do about it I can give you your change back.. the customers in the store say that's wrong dude give him his gas or his cash you fucked up not him he said nothing I requested to speak to a manager and he called Ruth the first thing he says to her on the phone is HEY DO YOU REMEMBER WHAT HAPPPEND LAST WEEK WITH THAT CUSTOMER THAT SAID THE WRONG PUMP NUMBER WELL IT HAPPENED AGAIN BUT THIS TIME WITH CASH I yelled whatever happen last time has nothing to do with me you made a mistake PLEASE fix it I spoke with the manager ruth and she explained that people say a pump number then come in and say I did not get gas and get there cash back and get the gas i said well I don't care what others do I work hard and I am able to purchase gas and i am not trying to get over on chevron gas and I refuse to let some idiot make a mistake and lose out on 25 she said nobody could help me there to call the 1 800 number on the door and that she couldn't guaranty my money back she kept saying there is nothing I can do to call its 24/7 (bullshit i called nobody there till 7 am closes at 7 pm central time) so there I am walking around helpless and upset that this is realy happening so I got my change and left to shells and purchased my gas please people ask for receipt and make sure they get your pump number right... Was treated very poorly as a customer. Staff was rude and was upset that I used the bathroom. I shop here all the time and this has now happened 2 different times. They get very silly about using the rest room at his gas station and typically have it shut done whenever they can. The last time I was in (today will be the last time I ever go as the Asian women that workes there treated me so poorly and belittled me in front of other customers) . Here it goes, went in to pay for gas and a car wash using "cash." Simple enough. Cashier had trouble ringing up the car wash, trouble with giving me my correct change, failure to give me a receipt, left to get a beverage while I was awaiting on my change back. Eventually, got the gas, and saw change was due back to me. Went in to the same cashier who gave me some change. Went back to car, looked at the receipt, I was owed back more. Went back in, cashier apologized gave me correct change. Went back to car did some math felt I was still shorted. Tried to calmly talk to cashier and apologize for all the back and forth I was doing, but I value every cent of mine and wanted to make sure I was given my correct change. Cashier instead had the audacity to get pissed with me for asking about MY MONEY. No worries. Contacted manager who's name is Tina and explained what happened. Tina from the start was extremely professional, courteous, and reviewed the footage. I in fact did receive the correct change back (total of 3-4 times) but the cashier couldn't calmly explain that to me who's fault it was from the time I came up to the counter. Sorry, thought the cashier was on drugs trying to steal a few dollars from me and I needed clarification. Chevron is lucky to have a manager such as Tina, she was great and my concerns were addressed. So thank you Tina! You went the extra mile :) read more

The cust service at this location sucks big time and some of them don't even speak English. they take forever to help each cust even though it's not busy there is always a line. Oh and Every time they clean the bathroom they put a sign that it's closed and they leave it for hours im never going back to this place they suck I rather go to shells down the street that has more drinks options and the cust service its a lot better than this place. read more

Very disappointed in the service there. Went for gas but the card reader didn't work. No problem, it happens. Went inside to pay for the gas and the girl behind the counter was sitting down and looking at her phone. I figured that any second she would put her phone down and be ready to help me. That was not the case. I had to stood there like a fool until she was finished what she was doing on her phone. Then she got up and asked if she could help me. I told her no I don't believe in waiting for you to do your job until you get off of the phone. She merely said have a nice day. I walked out to leave, thought about it, then went back in and asked fi there was a complaint number. She actually had the nerve to say no you can speak to the manager but they don't care. this was Saturday . 2-9-19 at 12:48 in the afternoon.
