I come here from time to time for random items. The store is neat and I usually find what I went there to purchase (and usually other things as well...lol). It can be a little pricey at times but you do get a lot of coupons. The downside of the coupons are that they usually expire fairly quickly. The pharmacy service has declined here over the last 3 months. Used to feel like family and now they don't make eye contact...disappointed

I go here every weekend and they are slightly over priced in most products but I guess it makes up for it with their weekly coupons but be warned the coupons don't last very long. The service here is usually slow and always understaffed but they do try. read more

I've never had a problem with the store - but I very rarely use the store. I use the pharmacy and it is THE WORST. Service is unfriendly and often downright rude - especially one of the pharmacists who, as others have said, is a complete jerk. They automatically refill prescriptions, whether you've requested a refill or not and even going so far as to call the doctors office if there is no refill on file - without our permission! We're grown adults - we will call when and IF we need a refill. And repeatedly telling them to remove us from automatic refills is useless as the whole problem starts all over again the following month. What a waste of time - it's no wonder they have such long wait times for everything. read more

Horrible service at the Pharmacy. The pharmacist has no customer service skills. They have made multiple mistakes on our prescriptions.

I live and shop in Alpine. This is my preferred pharmacy. I find this store to be clean and the staff to be over the top helpful. I have seen the cashier Tina actually pull out her own money to help cover someone who was short on cash. Tina seems to be exceptionally patient, remembers customers and goes out of her way to make sure the elderly understand the costs, discounts,technology and is just so kind- it's a real pleasure to watch. read more

Absolute worst pharmacy I have experienced. I was in the business over 20 years and this pharmacy is an unorganized, understaffed, mismanaged dump. The pharmacist, Jim, is an ass. He was very rude. He misread my Rxs and decided how many tablets I should get based on what he thought the insurance co would reimburse, not what the Dr. ordered. He should have called the Dr. They never call the Dr. if they have a question, I worked in hospital pharmacies for over 20 years. The first thing you do if you have a question is CALL THE DR. This place does not take the time to do that. Their job is to dispense what the Dr. wrote. This place can't seem to get this right. You can tell a lot about how a pharmacy is managed by how clean and organized the pharmacy is. This place is neither. read more

The pharmacy at this CVS has saved my, my pet's, and my mom's life (literally) on more than one occasion. Plus, they always make sure I am getting the best deal on any meds not covered by my insurance. Items in the store are nice, but as mentioned in a previous review do tend to be a bit on the pricey side. Honestly though, I don't think I'll ever fill a prescription anywhere else! Especially not the other pharmacy in town that starts with an "R" and ends with me not getting my medication on time! read more

The Pharmacy is HORRIBLE! I don't know what it is but all CVS pharmacy's are terrible. I was just put on the phone for 32 minutes just to see if my prescription was ready. Meanwhile a pharmacist answered the phone twice to ask me what I was holding for and the moment I spoke, she would put me on hold. Alpine pharmacy is never busy. Their customer service should be on point since Alpine is such a small town. Its ridiculous! read more

We come here all the time. The lady always says hello and there pretty nice and lets me know about make up sales going on. Last time I went they were basically out of all the baby formula and did not have what I needed. Whenever get a prescription though it's always ready! read more

I love this CVS. Great for coupons if that's your thing. They sometimes have great deals on clearance which is cool. The staff are really nice and the pharmacy is ok. They seem to take double the time than others but I can drive back. I cant believe they scored so low to be honest. read more

This is the WORST PHARMACY. It doesn't even deserve one star, but I had no choice. Long waits, with NOBODY else there. One of the pharmacists is an absolute ass. I've given them my updated insurance card at least three times and went through each family member to be sure they were all updated. They still can't seem to get it right... just now they called to tell me they didn't have my updated insurance information for my daughter's prescription. I was irritated before, but then Judy gave me an attitude and now I'm enraged. So now they won't fill it before I bring in my card AGAIN. and now I'll have to wait 4.5 hours AGAIN to get a simple prescription. If you have a choice, go elsewhere. Customer service and brainpower are completely absent from this location. read more

I have to agree with a lot of the reviews. Absolutely the worst pharmacy or darn near close to. Mr. Jeff the pharmacist is very rude. Actually suggested that I try and use Rite aid down the road because they were busy. Told me to tell my doctor one who is at the Sharp facility totally up to par with today's technology that she needs to get with the 20th century that her mode of requesting medication is outdated!! Told me he'd call me back at the end of his shift on Friday with an answer either way. Nope no call and this was all established from a medication I've been on for 15 years. My doctor put the request in at 2:30 Friday by the time him or his staff got to looking at it decided that they need to contact my doctor but instead of calling went to lunch and by the time they were back the doctors office was closing. His staff told them to call back Saturday and they'll see what he can do but as for me the patient sorry she'll have to wait til Monday. I called Sunday to see if they did happen to fill the prescription and the lady at CVS said oh yah we can fill it it will be ready here shortly. Which btw way was close to closing and I live 40 min east so I'm now waiting til 9 the morning to get my prescription and late for work!! They could care less about patients as long as they collect a paycheck they're good!! read more

Lisa at the Pharmacy is a rude bully. Don't go there! There was an issue with the way the prescription was written for my Dad. Insurance wouldn't cover the brand. I asked if we could do a partial fill so that I could sort it out the next day. Lisa was really rotten and said "I won't break the law for you!". I wouldn't dream of breaking the law and I know the laws well after years of working in Pharma. She kept snapping at me and shouting. I told her that I had a newborn at home and that I just needed enough for my Dad until the following day, that I would pay cash. I told her that I would wait and asked how long it would be because I had a newborn at home. I went over to the baby section to wait. She came up to me and began verbally abusing me again. She shouted at me and said that I had been rude and that I was "taking this too seriously". I take rude bullying behavior and being accused of breaking the law seriously. I told her to leave me alone and complained to the manager. After about 45 minutes I went back to the Pharmacy counter. The other staff member told me that Lisa had put the prescription to be filled after 9pm. She knew I was waiting and that I had a newborn at home. She purposely did that so I would have to wait for hours. She's a nasty piece of work. Jeff called me the following week and made excuses for her. I complained to their Head Office. read more

I have never giving this low evaluation to any company or organization. Took my wife's prescription form around 1:00 pm. Stood in line waiting for clerk for about 15minutes. Clerk took my prescription order and to make sure they had in stock. She told me it will take two hours. Return after three and half hours later and prescription was not filled, had to wait 15 minutes more and Pharmacist asked me if okay to use two different manufactures. I was flabbergasted asking me it is okay, I replied how I would know, I'm not a MD or Pharmacist. Thank you for quick service. If CVS is not mandated by my insurance company to use I would not return to this place. I'm stuck for one year. read more
