I called the only number I could find for them and received a recorded message saying "thank you for contacting "Richmond" pharmacy. Umm who the hell is Richmond Pharmacy? Any I hung up and decided to try again later. Oh and my first call was on a Monday. So I called again the next day, Tuesday, and wow someone answered the phone! They answered as Alvarado Pharmacy, which was pretty confusing since it was still the same number that auto-answers as Richmond (still have no idea what the whole Richmond thing is about), so I asked if they have my prescription. The answer was, "Oh I couldn't tell you because nobody is at the pharmacy right now we'll be compounding again on Friday". Now I'm really confused lol. Anyway, I wasn't in the mood to figure out who the hell these idiots are or what's going on with them I kinda needed my prescription! I simply hung up and called my doctor and had the prescription re-routed to a normal compounding pharmacy. The new pharmacy received my prescription that same day and filled it within three hours. Oh the story continues lol... FF to the following Monday, yes a week later, and I get a message from Alvarado Pharmacy that they've received my order and are working on it lol. I just ignored and deleted the message and blocked the number. I'm still confused lol! This clown show is highly NOT recommended.
