PLEASE READ! Important need to know before sharing sensitive information with this businessI went…read morein at 10:18 a.m. on September 23rd with my mom to have my Live Scan completed. My mom was also interested in getting a Live Scan done, so she asked the man working there a few questions about the pricing. Unfortunately, his response was rude and dismissive from the beginning. He eventually answered her questions, but continued to have an attitude and even questioned her about who she was. I completely understand that I was the person being serviced and that my mom was not the one receiving the service at that moment. However, she was simply asking a basic question about the prices listed so she could potentially receive the service as well. There was no reason for the interaction to become unnecessarily confrontational or disrespectful. There were other customers waiting for services who witnessed the interaction. After seeing what happened, they decided to leave before receiving service. The employee then asked me why those people had left and assumed they were with my mom and me. They were complete strangers, and I had no idea who they were. My mom simply provided her own name when he questioned her; she never said those customers were with us. I paid $104 for my service, and I should not have had to sit there listening to an employee complain about other customers leaving, especially when I had nothing to do with them. I came in expecting a straightforward service and basic professionalism and respect. When I told him that I was uncomfortable with him bringing up and complaining about people I did not know, he wanted to end the session. I had to convince him to continue with the service that I had already paid for. Having to do that was extremely unacceptable and made an already uncomfortable experience even worse. I came here simply to get my Live Scan done. I expected professional and respectful customer service, and unfortunately, that is not what I received. Based on my experience, I will not be returning, and I hope others consider this experience before choosing to come here. EDIT: -- from google review You speak about keeping sensitive information safe, yet you included my full name in your response on google WITHOUT my consent. Where in my display name, do you see my full name? You have my full name because of my live scan!! I understand that your process may require asking clarifying questions, but the attitude and manner in which we were treated from the beginning were completely unnecessary. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing. Your response did not improve the situation or address my concerns in a meaningful way. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers do not have a similar experience. Please do better.

New Zealand and Fiji kicked off with a four day visit to San Francisco. Let's be honest ...when you're away on a 28-day excursion, the matter of how to manage your dirty laundry eventually creeps into your conversation. We decided that lugging our dirty San Francisco laundry halfway around the world and back taking up valuable suitcase room was not exactly a smart play. So that explains why we made a trip to the Sutter Street Post Office, grabbed two Flat Rate boxes, crammed our worn clothing into those boxes, and shipped them home to us, where we hoped they would join up with all of our "held" mail. At the post office we dealt with a super helpful woman who answered all of our questions and gave us tracking numbers to follow the boxes on their journey home to Connecticut. Everything worked perfectly and our boxes were waiting for us when I picked up our mail. For around $50, we solved our laundry problem with a little creative thinking!
