I went to O'Reilly and they all worked as a team to help me repair my Jeep, one person in particular Ben a young man went above and far beyond by coming out in parking lot and getting his hands dirty and helped me out by coming up with a way to bypass the air conditioning system with a different routing of a smaller serpentine belt and getting me back on the road. I had a major incident with the loss of a tire on I-70 on a Saturday afternoon. Not just a flat but…read moresheered off lug nuts into the ditch. I of course started my calling to AAA but without a defined destination and plan for repair I was dead in the water on getting a tow and continuing my trip. I made several phone calls to find that on a Saturday most places were closed but Ward's offered an emergency number to which I made a call and left a message. I made several more calls and my phone rang back. Not only did I get help with a place for repairs but I also received several great recommendations on a tow and how to handle my situation to get back on the way to my destination. Doug Ward's call back got me off the side of the road in less than an hour and I left my Jeep in his care. For the next few days we coordinated the repair and I was even given the option of picking up a part on my return trip to save on cost and speed to repair. I was taught a great deal about my vehicle and am co to using to learn more with Doug's help and not only did I get my jeep back on my return trip but I made a new friend. They answered a Facebook message at Midnight, came in on Sunday morning, helped us try to fix it with a part he had in stock, reached out to his staff who had travelled to a bike show a few hours away, and did everything in his power to get us back on the road. When those efforts failed, BJ allowed several of us to leave our bikes stored with him while he fixed the broken bike and allowed us to continue our trip out West in a rental car. We returned the following Friday on our way home to collect the bikes. We ended up hanging and chatting with BJ for another hour. He really seems like a genuine guy; very honest and willing to do anything to help a customer. BJ cares and truly executes on what true customer service means. Thank you, BJ, from our entire group. I always thought it was a bit more expensive than i remember other dealers had been. But now i know why. My muffler was making loud noises. While getting it serviced i mentioned for them to take a look at it. They did and gave me a quote for just over $2000 to replace what needed to be replaced to resolve the problem. Needless to say i was reluctant to spend that much on a car that probably wasn't even worth that much. Thats when a friend suggested Best Radiator. So i stopped by there. Nathan came out and in a minute or two figured out the part that i needed. He said the part would cost $30! It would only take one hour to repair! I think Hays Chevy was "taking" me! I'll get a repair for less than 10% of what they quoted. Very very shady. Beware of their service.

This used to be my "go-to" place for tire rotation and oil change. They used to be efficient and…read morecourteous. I would typically arrive by 7:00 AM, when they opened and could easily get out of here in under 30 minuets when doing an oil change only. That is sadly, no longer the case. Due to understaffing, they can not get customers in and out quickly. The employees seem as frustrated as the customers which explains their grouchy exterior. I miss the former days and sadly will have to adjust my service. What sucks is I bought my tires here and typically get lifetime rotate and balance. This morning I arrived 7:07 am and was told "wait, we are just opening up" and it is now 8:34 and my car just finished.

There were two or three other vehicles already in the service bays. TWO HOURS later the oil change was done. My husband had already been waiting 45 minutes for me to pick him up after having a tooth extracted, so I told them I would have the tires rotated some other time. Went to get my vehicle and it was not with the other customer vehicles outside. Finally found it, just pulled a few feet out of the back bay doors behind the service department, all by itself, unlocked, with the driver's window halfway down. REALLY????!!!!! Will go anywhere but this Walmart for vehicle service from now on.
