I was actively looking to sharpen my things and thought I'd give this company a try. She came the next day after texting her the night before, and let me just say she is very fast and skilled at what she does. My tools are very sharp and clean at a reasonable price :) I won't choose any other place than here, as a dog groomer- I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thank you!!!

I got my first set of nice ZWILLING knives and I was excited to have my first set of nice knives sharpened for the first time. I saw the fantastic reviews and was optimistic. However, upon getting them sharpened, I received my brand new knives back with scuff marks. I figured maybe it was normal and it would come out overtime but it has been over a year and they're still there. I feel a lot of regret sending my knives here to be sharpened because aesthetically they don't look good anymore. Additionally, I was not a fan of the communication when scheduling, she arrived an hour earlier which in theory could be nice? But I had to send a family member over to take care of the knives since I scheduled my work hours to be available at the time we initially agreed upon. Had I been there I more than likely would've asked about the scuff marks. I'm glad other people had wonderful results here, but I unfortunately had a very regretful experience and now the knives I saved up for look bad.

When I got the items last Friday 4/4/25 I was disappointed to find that the crack weeder looks like a used item: it has scratches on both sides of the blade, a mark on the handle and dark spots on the handle which looks like touched by dirty hands. I used to have a good image of Corona as I have some of their sharpening tools. But I am really disgusted about getting a used item. I think they do not give consideration to their customers. The other items look fine but they are all made in China so there is really no need to overcharge before tariffs hit. I used the stirrup hoe, the weeder and the kneeler. 4/7/25 I called the company and was told they would take 3 weeks to review the emails and will get back to me. 4/8/25 I received email from the company they will ship me a replacement before end of the week. 4/10/25 I got my new crack weeder, surprised. I actually used the other weeder 4/10/25 to test it out. For larger crevices the weeder was quite efficient to pull the weeds out, depending what kind of weeds. But when it comes to narrow crevices, the blade got stuck in the cracks and needed some struggle to pull it out. I was able to clear out 2 driveway crevices. So I will just take my time a few crevices at a time. The long blade seems to prevent bending which is what I need. So I upgraded the company to 4 stars.
