They have many services, but we were looking for someone to make duplicate sets of keys for our RV (Southwind motorhome). We made a lot of calls only to get answering machines, mobile locksmiths, and kiosk machines. None of these helped, so we drove to Always and were able to get our duplicates made on the spot. The locksmith who waited on us was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He also warned us about some mobile locksmith bait-and-switch scams and how to avoid them (check their business license/permit). I booked this company in early June through an app called "Thumbtack" to install cable drops from my router to my office. After not hearing a response for a couple of days, I should have taken this as a sign, but I called the company to see what the hold up was. My phone call was returned-- and after a polite conversation with the owner, Khalil scheduled me for the 28th of June. between 10 am - 7pm. After about 12 noon, I didn't get a call from anyone so I called, and they said they would see where the tech was, and would call me back. After a few hours, I got a call back from the company and they told me they wouldn't be able to make it-- but had an opening on the 4th of July, and they could get me in. I was skeptical with it being a holiday, but they assured me that they would be there. Well, the 4th came and went, and not only did they not show up, I couldn't get in touch with ANYONE to figure out what was going on. The following Monday, I was called by the company after I left a message to figure out what happened. The owner eventually called me back-- and he apologized profusely and gave me some discounts to things and promised he would reduce my price. I gave him the benefit of the doubt.. (I know) But said he could be out there on Friday, July 18th. Between 10-5pm. As you can probably see, by noon, I got a message from the owner that he was stuck at a job and if he couldn't make it, could we change it again to 22nd of July. I told him that if he couldn't make it, then I would want a refund. I decided to cancel as it continually shows that I am not a priority. I was promised that I would be the first customer first thing on the 18th, but it has shown that he has put me on the back burner again. I also had to call each time, and it took forever to receive any service. I would highly suggest anyone considering them to read this post and be aware. I am currently waiting for a refund that was supposed to take 2 weeks, but they offered a cashier's check, which I accepted. Please don't book this company for any work if you value your money or your time.
