They set me up with an amazing system with high quality cameras and a great app that alarms when anyone is within frame for the allotted time. Alarm Works was the 6th company I called. I'm really glad reached out and made contact with them. Matt came out to my home and actually spent time walking through my home/property and thoroughly explained everything to me. He explained about the equipment quality, made recommendations as to where cameras should be placed and really explained the system to me so I could clearly understand what he was talking about. When he and his crew came out to install the system everyone was extremely helpful in explaining what they would be doing and were very respectful to me and my home. They were very careful and cautious while working in my personal living space and did an outstanding job of cleaning up after themselves. Matt took time to make sure I understood all the components of the system, the key pad, camera monitor, recording device and downloaded the apps to my laptop, phone, and I-pad.
