The first time it was middle of winter and several outlets on the same circuit had gone out, they diagnosed and got the problems fixed quickly and spent the rest of the 1 hour min looking at other areas of the house and answering any questions I had, Matt always has good advice. This year I needed an outdoor outlet added outside of a daylight basement. I'd hoped that it could be done cleanly inside and out (without any extra holes, wall plate, raised wiring, etc.) but didn't know if that was possible. Watching them feed wire upward from an inside outlet to a couple feet higher to above the concrete, sneak it outboard to kind of a 2nd wall where Matt had drilled the opening was Amazing! Matt cut out the rectangular opening for the "bubble cover outlet" and caulked around it perfectly, all within an hour.

I purchased the Generac directly from an online distributor and send photos to Matt to provide me with an installation cost. Costs were in line with other proposals. His crew arrived on time, drove super clean trucks with all the detailed parts inside, and I could tell they were very experienced with installing Generac. Crew was very good at explaining what they needed on my end as well as giving me instructions on the generators keypad inside the enclosure and the keypad/switches on the Transfer Switch panel mounted on the house. They tested the generator by turning off the utility power (same as a power outage loss) and the generator came on right away. It worked as designed! Chris's advise and skill were invaluable in helping us solidify our ideas and when we got stuck he was always there to offer great suggestions and options. We just finished remodeling our family room and Chris and his team have once again not failed to amaze us. Both the in law suite and the family room were in existing structures from 1979. They were able to bring us into the 21st Century while navigating the wiring of the late 70's. We are now state of the art, USB in most all wall and floor outlets and remote controls for all our lights in the family room/Home theater. All our cabinets and book cases have lights in them or under them. and it feels so good! Joe, the owner, has hung in there with us, working with our crazy schedules.
