When we visited the showroom (we did not have an appointment), a very pleasant and helpful counter person asked Gay Wanner, inside sales, to work with us. Gay appeared to be very irritated to be asked and acted as though we were an imposition. When we asked for help in picking out faucets and a shower, she just told us to go look at the displays and tell her what we liked. When we asked about toilets, she just pointed to a wall and said "there they are". She did not ask any questions or offer any advice. She was very unhelpful. We made some choices and she wrote down our order and said to watch our email for a quote. It has been almost 2 weeks and we have not received any communication from Ferguson. We visited the Koehler showroom in Poulsbo and received excellent service & choices where we made our order and had it filled within a day.

We were in Canada when the 1st buyer fell through and we got a new broker - the next day it was under contract. The sale goes through and they new buyer found that the problem was still there - they called SS and SS sent out another person - the new buyer showed them the bills - paid from us - that said the problem was done. SS said they would fix it - they came in, didn't fix it, sent a bill and then came back, hopefully they resolved the problem by then. SS called us to tell us they were sending someone over to fix it and we explained we had sold the house and closed on the 10th of Nov. Then they sent the bill to us when I KNOW that the new owners had spoken to them and made it clear they were not going to pay AGAIN for something that was not fixed. SS of course blamed it in us - saying it was just a tripped circuit and that they fixed it (they didn't) then saying it was the "next electrician" - it wasn't - Customer service was as inadequate as the technical service. Over charged, over prices and over them!

Great communication, super organized, and honestly just really fun people to have around. They were fantastic to work with, super friendly, showed up on time, and the lights turned out beautifully. What I really appreciated was how kind they were to my toddler, who really really wanted to be involved. They gracefully took the water he aggressively forced upon them... Lol. They made him feel important and were incredibly patient. You don't forget that kind of kindness. And I have to say that their Grateful Dead logo made my day. I have an older house so it could've been anything... Paul was able to squeeze me in towards the end of the day due to a cancellation, so I can tell that he takes care of new customers just as well as existing. He was so communicative and honest with what he was doing, I actually learned a lot! After a couple hours he deemed that the wiring and circuit to the fridge was just fine and that the issue is probably the fridge itself (which is unfortunate, but at least he didn't have to tear my wall apart!). I will say that the fees were a little more than other electricians I saw, but given the quality, communication, and overall great experience, it's well worth it! I also wanted three existing outdoor sconce lights replaces and one additional sconce light added. Furthermore we needs a garage outlet punched in from the adjacent room. Aces came out to see the scope of the job and had some suggestions on placement closer to the breaker box as it would be cheaper not to run the power line to where we wanted the unit. Also suggested a hardwired E/V charger rather than plug in, as a safer and cheaper route. He returned the day after our E/V unit was delivered and finished the entire project, E/V install, sconce lights and new outlet, within 3 hours. And the cost was under his original estimate. Not only would I call on him again, I did. We needed a second outlet in the garage for out Trimlights. He arrived 2 days before the Trimlight installers and completed the job in a few minutes.
