BEST TAILOR EVER!…read more Professional, Punctual, and Hospitable...I honestly can't say enough good things about Taryn and her family. She quickly understands your needs and goes above and beyond her duty to take care of them. I had a shirt that barely fit, and I needed it to be altered within days of an event. She did an amazing job, the shirt fit great and I was able to wear it. The customer service and professional services that Taryn delivers are hard to find in any industry. I strongly recommend Taryn!

I did not have anything tailored by Taryn, but I did call for an estimate. This review is not a…read morereflection of the quality of tailoring, but the quality of service. Taryn was very short, unprofessional, and unhelpful over the phone. I have never had anything professionally tailored before, so this was a new experience for me and I have no frame of reference. While describing the alterations I was looking for, she was distracted, cursed under her breath, and said something about a dog(?). She asked when I would need it by, and--okay, I recognize that I was asking too much by needing it in less than a week, but it's something relatively simple that I was considering doing myself (which I will clearly be doing now) and she didn't even let me get out an apology before hanging up. I know it's an additional ask, but I would've really appreciated a rough estimate for the service regardless, and especially an explanation of how much time services like this tend to take, so I could know for the future. I have another garment I was hoping to have tailored for a later event, but given this experience, I will certainly be looking elsewhere for that service.

We had to add a couple appointments in because I gained some weight, and she had to let the dress back out again. I was a bit worried, but she assured me it'd all be okay. And it was! She is so friendly and easy to talk to. She's super professional, and you can tell she really knows what she's doing. Her appointments are quick and efficient. And her studio space is so beautiful! She also walked two of my bridesmaids through how to fluff and bustle the dress. I think them having that practice round was essential. Because I had a strapless dress with only a few inches of fabric holding it up, I was a little nervous about the little hook in the back ripping off. She had reinforced it, but I was still slightly worried about it. That sucker stayed put all night! And even though my dress got stepped on a couple times, it didn't appear that any of the bustle points popped off. All the pictures turned out great, and the dress fit like a glove. I highly recommend Heather. You won't be disappointed!

Wow. Reyna does magic on dresses!…read more I looked EVERYWHERE for a gold sequin party dress to wear as a wedding dress for my Las Vegas wedding. I'm a curvy girl, bigger, but not plus-sized. I looked EVERYWHERE for this type of dress at a moderate price.... with no luck. Finally, I found something kind of close to what I wanted at a Chinese online store called Light in the Box. The dress came and looked beautiful, but it fit me like a nightmare. I brought it in, and after only one fitting, Reyna did a laundry list of alterations to make it look cute on me. -removed sleeves -turned "boat" neckline into a soft "v" neck -let out in the bust, took in at the waist let out the skirt to make it more a-line -shortened the bottom hem. She was willing to do a corset for me, too if there wasn't enough fabric to let it out. So, basically, this woman made me a new dress out of another dress that didn't fit me. And for less than $150.00. And I looked fantastic on my (extremely non-traditional) wedding day.
