Installed new backup camera and radio. It looks GREAT and turned my older car into a new updated one. Work was done exactly as promised, and I'm extremely pleased!

When I noticed this in my rear view

Picked up the car with the radio in worse condition, they lost pieces of the new radio and they didn't screw the taillight back in. They ran the backup camera but asked me how to power it. D IS A P O I N T E D

Great work being done at Custom Connections! I dropped in (no advance call nor appointment) on a Saturday afternoon to inquire about window tinting for a newly purchased car - immediately greeted at the reception counter with all questions answered promptly. Expecting to have to make an appointment (I had an event to attend within the next 2 hours), I was surprised to hear they could take care of the job and have me on my way under an hour. Then, I was informed I was entitled to a free Jamaican dinner as it was "Plate while you wait" day. On short ordered, a piping hot meal was delivered to me with a bottle of water. This was a first, but certainly a plus - a great Chicken Curry delicacy. Before I could even inquire on the status of my car, it was pulled to the front with an amazing finish. If you're pondering a windoww tint or any other customization, I'd highly recommend Custom Connections. Try their delicious food @www.customcuisinesmd.com too!

I really wanted to tint my windows to help block out the sun for my infant. Kie and Van were fantastic. The rest of the staff were so professional too. The lobby/waiting area was very comfortable and clean. I was actually able to wait for my service on site with my daughter. They offer a huge variety of services and they're in a good location. I highly recommend BWI Motorsports for tint, wraps, protection films, and other auto customizations.

Avoid this business at all costs !! I took my brand new 2025 Lucid to them and had a horrible…read moreservice experience. Initially I was quoted 2 days for the work to be completed. It turned out to be a full 9 days before I received the vehicle back. Upon inspection, I noted a few areas that appeared to be flawed with bubbles/ lines, etc. I was assured that this was a normal part of the curing process, and to allow a week or two for the film to adjust. About two days later, I noticed that the film was completely lifting off of the trunk of my vehicle. I was told that the tech didn't cut the piece long enough. I gave them back the vehicle for a second application of the PPF to the trunk area. They took another 4 days to have the film reapplied. Again, I received the vehicle back with imperfections that I was assured would adjust in the curing phase. On my follow up appointment, after the curing phase, an area on my trunk had not adjusted as I was advised it would and required yet another (3rd) application of the PPF. I took the vehicle back a third time, at which point they were also to apply the windshield protection film to the vehicle. I was promised a day, it took an additional two. On the day I was supposed to receive the vehicle back, I received a call advising me that during the 3rd application to the trunk they had lifted the paint off of my vehicle (they are not a body shop). Therefore the vehicle had to be towed to a body shop for painting. That took about 5-6 weeks. Once I received the vehicle from the body shop I was able to fully inspect the windshield film that was applied to the vehicle. Upon inspection I noticed the very same imperfections (bubbles, lines, etc) on the windshield. Some of these are in the actual field of vision for the driver and obscure the view. So now, this is another thing I will have to have redone. Overall, it just seems like really sloppy work. They claim to have 20+ years experience in the business, but I did not receive a level of service that reflected that at all. Don't believe me? Check out Google reviews. You'll see more of the same type of experiences. Beware !

Long story short, I searched around for someplace that had a good reputation to assess whether the fancy OEM wheel could be straightened or if it would need to be replaced. Aftert the recommendation from our favorite body shop and a check out with YELP, I took the car down the guys at ALLOY WHEEL REPAIR in Crofton. I had it there on time and one of their guys made an effort to repair the wheel, but in the process of dismounting the tire, he pinched his finger and, i think, as a consequence of that he didn't do his best job. He remounted and balanced the wheel, but I still noticed a shimmy between 60-75 MPH. So, when I returned from a 2 week vacation I called Paul, the manager, and he invited me to bring the car back in. I did, and they quickly took another shot at it and apparently got it right on the money because the shimmy is completely gone and all is well. Per their recommendation, I also took the car back to the BMW dealer (on Rte 40) and they corrected a slight misallignment that was undoubtedly due to that damned pothole too. Bottom Line: Paul and his guys at the Alloy Wheel Repair shop in Crofton stood behind their work, got it absolutely right the second time, and recommended the allignment service too. If I ever have another alloy wheel problem, I will go back to these guys in Crofton. R, Cassian P. O'Rourke Severna Park, MD 21146

A very good friend and fellow "car guy" highly recommended this place and I can see why. The…read moreoutcome for my son's 2003 Mercury Marauder was PHENOMENAL! I originally submitted an online "work request" form on their website, and after not receiving a reply for a few days, I decided to give them a call. They quickly pulled up my online work request and from that "first contact" to when I picked up my vehicle, the experience was absolutely fantastic! The wiring on the Marauder, which had an aftermarket stereo installed (with an amp and sub) as well as an aftermarket sunroof, was a bit of a mess. Plus, the stereo was inop at the time I took it in (which turned out to be a blown fuse). I went without an appointment and one of their techs (Hector) came out and took a look at the car and listened patiently as a "non-audiophile" (me) tried to explain what the "problems" were with the current setup in the car. Well, he was very kind and seemed to know what needed to be done. Aaron said it would be 2 hours labor and told me that I could leave the car and they would try to get to it, because their next open appointment was a few days away. Sure enough, they were able to get to it the next day, and when they called to let me know they had checked it out, and had completed most of the work, they suggested that they could fix something else that wasn't working properly (for an additional charge), and I said "please do!" When I went to pick up the car, I spoke with Hector (again), and he gave me a quick rundown on what he was able to accomplish. He said there was one more thing that he would recommend be done (replacing one of the power wires that went from the battery to the fuse for the amp) and Aaron, who was there with me in the shop, asked Hector how long it would take (like 10 minutes), and then he asked me if I could wait, and i said "yes" and so they took care of it right then and there and didn't even charge me for it! I was absolutely stunned!! I can't say enough about how everything turned out. Admittedly, this work was fairly basic and straight forward, and while it was not "cheap", I think the cost was absolutely reasonable for what they were able to do, and the results were more than satisfactory! Tremendous attention to detail and outstanding customer service...HIGHLY recommend!!!
