I am very disappointed in the service here. I have been a loyal customer for years and it saddens me to write this review. When I got my shirts the order was correct on the screen. When I picked up the shirts the order was incorrect. I returned and picked up the shirts they all peeled before we even had a chance to wear them. Mind you I brought in my own shirts. I paid over 200 for 5 shirts to be custom printed and purchased my own shirts over $100. I am out over 300 dollars. I will not be doing business any longer with this company. UPDATE: I asked my daughter to call the store to see; if she brought in another jacket, that they will correct the mistake without charging her. The gentleman at the store said he will do it for free. Off we went to the store to buy another jacket and to Custom Arena for silkscreening. This time it was done correctly and the outcome was pretty nice. This could have been handled better if the gentleman would say he made a mistake and that he would redo it for free. We all make mistake and I have no problem with that if he would acknowledge it. Thank you Shoka for the quick reply to the initial review. It was actually nice to see a store manager being pro-active in correcting the problem. Original Review: My daughter went into the store to get a silkscreening on a jacket for her coach. He did one side correctly, but messed up on the other side. He tried to correct it but made it worst. Oh...he charged her a full $38 for a mistake that he did. We had a ton of questions about the process, pricing, etc.. the gentleman who helped us was super patient and helpful. What was cool about this place is that they let you bring in your own garment. You don't have to buy a shirt or sweatshirt from their selection. You can bring an item of clothing of your choosing. Anyway, my daughter's shirt came out exactly how she wanted it. Came here on a weekday to get my daughters photo printed on a hoodie I got from Amazon. Did a walk in and asked for a quote. The photo was the size of an iPhone 12 and was quoted $15. It was completed in an hour and I was very satisfied with the quality. I've washed the hoodie a couple of times and the quality is still top notch. read more

I came in Saturday to get a custom shirt for my son and who I presume is the owner was very kind and helpful right away. He was able to take the image of a shirt from etsy and make the shirt within a half hour. 2 words 7" in size on a kids 3t shirt which I purchased from their store. Shirt came out beautifully and I feel the quality of the print will outlast the number of times my son will wear it before outgrowing it. My only drawback would be the price, $10 shirt , $25 print. Not overly bad but for me by the time taxes are added it was a $39 shirt. I'm all for supporting business locally and would come back of I needed something done same day but I feel the same shirt I got from them, for $20 cheaper on etsy was probably worth the few days wait to have ordered online instead. I should have been more clear when I asked the guy for the cost and he quoted me $25-30 I had assumed it included the shirt but that was my mistake entirely. Anyway, overall a great print shop if you need something done fast or a truly custom and unique design. read more

Rip off! Over the phone I was quoted $10 with 10% discount if I brought in 10 shirts for a heat transfer of last names onto a jersey. My kids baseball team needed it done so I brought it in. Soon as I brought it in they quoted me $20!!!! I told them I called and said I was told $10. The owner said "no no you heard wrong and it was a misunderstanding." Because I really needed it done I didn't argue as I was with my kids and just needed them ASAP. I know he said $10 and I'm stupid for even giving them my business, but I will never ever go back here and would never refer anyone. I called other businesses and they said $20 per shirt on a kids jersey just for lettering was a total rip off! The guy told me I'll give you 10% for the misunderstanding! This was the first time I got print done and because I was responsible for other kids' jerseys I didn't want to mess up. Lesson learned! I hate when people are so dishonest in doing business! I only charged the parents $10 per shirt as that is what the person over the phone quoted me and what the other parents agreed to. read more

I went to their mall location at Serramonte. The previous person I spoke to had not instructed me to bring a digital image so I had brought it in paper. The person I worked with this time was able to take the linked Dropbox Microsoft Publisher file I emailed from my phone while standing in the store, remove the extra image I didn't want, size it for the front of a shirt as I watched and then print it beautifully on 3 shirts I provided in 35 minutes! This place doesn't deserve any stars! I was told multiple times that customize items can b done within an hr. I requested 6 masks to be customized on Sunday. The guy told me he would email me a sample of the customized product within 40 mins. He didn't take down my contact. Several hours past, no email. So I decided to call and guy said he was having trouble with the system and he is still working on it. Ok 6pm same day, no contact from the business so Monday I call again, guy said still working on it but it will be done by the end of the day. End of the day is 7pm, no contact from them. Tuesday I waited all day checked inbox, my spam, and my calls.... You guessed it.... No contact. I can't believe this business exist with this kind of service. No wonder why the store is empty. People you can customize things at Walgreens, Shutterfly, Cvs, snapfish. It's way cheaper! Stay away from this place. You've been warned. read more

I have had the most amazing experiences with Custom Arena and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has printing needs. I have come to them with two challenging requests and they have more than exceeded my expectations both times. The first project was a pretty complicated design that I wanted screen printed on a very difficult fabric to work with and the outcome was fantastic! The second request was for a bunch of stickers I needed turned around within 24 hours for a work event and they were able to do this for me as well.
