One important tip: if you want your soup served hot, you need to specifically request it. I know that sounds a little strange, but otherwise it tends to arrive just warm. I also order mine spicy, which adds a nice kick without overpowering the broth. The broth itself is light, flavorful, and very tasty. I've also really enjoyed the chicken skewers, which I believe are made with chicken thighs. They're tender, flavorful, and especially good dipped in the five-spice seasoning. At $6 for two skewers, they're also a great value. After three consecutive visits, I can confidently say this place has become one of my go-to spots while I'm in Charlotte. Highly recommended.
