Right off the bat, our order came out wrong -- I ordered the chicken katsu udon and received pork instead. My husband's "spicy" udon had zero heat, which was surprising since their spicy usually packs a punch. On top of that, my udon noodles were mushy and overcooked, losing that chewy texture that makes udon so good.
