I've been here a couple of times now and ordered takeout the third time. I'm impressed with the quality and tastiness of the food and the very friendly service. I love that they have pre-made selections during lunch for those of us who are on a run. I've tried the spinach paneer, vegetable korma, potatoes and zucchini, lentils, and veggie samosa. The food was really good. The owner was very nice. I got a stain on my shirt from eating the goat curry (really good) and he gave me dish detergent to try to get it out. :) The place was really clean too. The Mango Curry with prawns is delicious! They did not scrimp on the prawns like most places do. DH was going to order the Butter Chicken but the owner/waiter suggested he try the Tikka Masala. It was good advise - he loved it as well as the garlic naan. The place could use some ambiance (small strip mall location) but was clean and the service was excellent. They don't show it on the menu, but they do serve a limited choice of beer and wine. read more

I enjoyed some of my very first Indian food here. The butter chicken and lamb korma were amazing as was the fresh naan. Not a fan of the sweet laasi drink but I tried it. Tandoori delight was good but the meats in the sauces were by far my favorite. read more

Our new favorite Indian restaurant in the north end!!! We moved to N Edmonds last summer and had been dying to find a good spot for Indian, so turned to Yelp for help and so happy we did. If we had been driving by we probably would have missed it, but this gem is worth the drive. As other reviewers have said, parking is a little tight - 7-11 owns the majority of the parking lot and kinda small inside, but so worth the effort. First and most importantly - the food is fantastic. Loved the flavor and when we asked to have it spiced up, it was spot on!! But just barely second, the service was great. It took a little while to get our entrees, but reasonably so, they were very busy (every table filled and a steady stream of takeout orders). The owners were at our table frequently while the food was cooking and afterwards to make sure everything was to our liking. They told us they are in the process of procuring a nearby, larger location which will take care of any parking issues that people are talking about. And as far as location.... It's not that bad. No bars on the windows or anything like that. read more

Actually 3.5. Nice small place, good food. Not great ambience, prices are not very high, but its more a to-go place than a sit and eat place. Having said that I wasn't disappointed by the service or the food. Both were great. Also the location has very few parking spots say about 10 of which 5 are reserved for 7-11. The restaurants tucked into a small strip mall and I don't know why they don't have a nicer facility based on the cuisine serve. But I don't mind their food is going to keep me coming back. I first fell in love with Indian food when I traveled to the UK. Since then, Indian curry has been very close to my heart as my favorite comfort food. This place doesn't disappoint. The staff is Always friendly and the food is some of the best Indian food I've had. I usually go with the chicken curry and butter chicken. The buffet on Sunday looks and smells delicious and is a great way to get great Indian food at a great price in very little time. My life was lacking great Indian food for many years. I love this place. The family that runs it is very friendly and makes delicious food. Recently I've had to branch out and start ordering other things because my usual (either Butter Chicken or Paneer Shahi) is so good I just want to order it every time. I've yet to be disappointed. The interior is very simple, but the way I see it, the money is going into the amazingly flavorful food, so I think Curries has its priorities straight. read more

We eat out every Friday somewhere in Everett. I can't believe we had missed going to Curries! What a treat, right here on Evergreen Way, in Everett. Excellent food, beautifully served in a lovely setting. We had Crispy Cauliflower florets to start then Coconut Prawns and vegetables and paneer in a creamy sauce with naan bread. Yummy! I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a few months now. I just went last Thursday for lunch. The owner was so kind as to let me have a small sample of the available entrees for the day. All of them were very good. Butter chicken is still my favorite. A few of us visit Curries frequently. All of us like the food, which is the best. The place is small, but very comfortable. The owner is very friendly, and inquires the customers about the food, how they liked it, etc. When he asks me about how I like the food, I feel like I am at home, my mother asking me about her cooking. My wife and I have now been eating at Curries for 8 or 9 months and I am more impressed today than when I wrote my 1st review. We have gone from having virtually no knowledge of Indian food to the point where we have tried almost everything on the menu. The owner and his wife are excellent hosts that are more than willing to explain their menu and the differences in each dish. If you haven't tried the fish fry make a point to do it.
