The first picture is what I wanted but the second is what I got. I had to go back because there wasn't enough blonde and it was cut so short even after I said not to cut off to much(didn't complain because she couldn't change that) When I went back I didn't think she'd charge me so much but all together I paid 275 so literally almost 300$ for something I'm still no happy with. She let me know she couldn't get it as blonde so I asked for a lot of what she could get it to. I hate my layers so much thats I don't wear my hair straight anymore. Waited so long for my natural hair to grow out just to have to wait again and not be as confident after having a baby. My stylist was Renee and yes I did write her and asked her why she charged me so much again to fix something she didn't do right the first time even after seeing what I wanted but she never replied. read more

So funny story, I had been letting my hair grow out for some time and after an involuntary vacation I was finally sick of it. I called them while I was at Boot Barn and Joseph answered, I asked him how much for a color or cut and he quoted me for $80. Which is honestly less than I usually pay for it. So I was a bit worried if I'm gonna be honest. But I went in anyway and I'm 100% glad that I did. Joseph was great, he was able to match my color pretty much spot on and listened to how I like my hair without looking like he was tuning out like some places do. The cut was great, the conversation was great, the place is clean and everyone is friendly and they don't seem to talk to each other while they ignore the person they are working on (we've all been there), so they won me over. $100 with tip for a hair styling and cut I can be proud of. I visited this salon as a first time client and I am beyond disappointed about how my hair turned out. The young lady that did my hair was very sweet but did an awful job on my hair. I asked her how long she had been doing hair and she said 10 years but the way my hair turned out it looked more like she had only been doing hair for 10 weeks. I have short hair and it took her 2 1/2 hours to complete it. My color is brassy and she cut my bangs way to short. I wear a Bob and she cut it all over uneven. She had said that if there was anything I did not like to come back to her and she would fix it. There is no way I would ever go back to her even if it was free. On top of it she charged me $150.00 for this mess. I do not mind paying for a good stylist but not for this mess. I am very unhappy. read more

I had the BEST Deva Cut experience. I hate getting my hair cut because no one knows how to do it right. I always end up with triangle hair or something funky. I debated getting a Deva Cut for the longest time. I was scared I would spend a ton of money and time for my hair to come out looking weird. It was well worth the money. Tessa is AMAZING! I had a cut and perm here about 6 months ago by Erica. My perm was horrible and the cheap perm she bought died my hair; it was so very damaged. I had to buy a special shampoo and hair repair set. Then cutting damaged ends each month. It was the worst perm I've ever had. read more

I had crystal yesterday and she wasn't very friendly and seemed a bit in a hurry. She cut it a little shorter than I would have liked but in her defense I did tell her she could go a little shorter than the picture but now I can't put it up for work which is a must.
