A "love appointment" with Roni is LIFE CHANGING!! I cannot say enough good things about it. I spent the end of my appointment grinning because I was in shock in how healthy and hydrated and wonderful my hair was. She is professional, knowledgeable and personable. First of all, she is taking COVID very seriously. I was told to wash my hands immediately upon arriving. She wore her mask and shield the whole time and I wore my mask the whole time as well. She also had a medical disposable masks available as well. She taught me a lot about how to care for my hair myself and showed me technique and application. She taught me the science behind hair care which is different than what you can learn from YouTube University. Her experience and knowledge is profound and she breaks it down in an easily understandable and digestive way. Often she let me use the mirror and put my hands in my hair so I could learn what it looks and feels like so that I could recreate the look myself at home. She had product suggestions based on my specific hair and showed me technique. She also has a follow up appointment after I've tried on my own for a few weeks so that I can ask questions and show her how I am applying it. She is also available through text for questions. She asked me questions on what I wanted and needed. And we worked together on shaping my hear and my cut for what works best for me and my lifestyle and my long term hair goals. The appointment was 1:1 and I had her full attention the whole time. She used the time efficiently. It's worth every penny! I feel more confident in my ability to manage my hair.
